Thanks Ms. Edmonds @brittnee_lee for letting us come out to Camp GISD and put the kiddos through a workout! She's such a good sport, because the group finished their workout in under 10mins she did 10 burpees! It's so important to let your kids know that you won't ask them to something you aren't willing to do yourself. Very proud of this group for working so hard and for being so encouraging to one another during our session. Also, very proud of this special lady for the hard work she does year round. Honestly, she inspires me daily. She helps me with my youth program at the gym and her heart for kids is incredible. These are the most fun days, heavy power cleans, not a lot to do other than get out of your own head and be aggressive yet deliberate/controlled in your movement. 335lb lift and then a 340lb fail. "Murph" was such a blast Saturday morning!
