I soooo did not feel like working out today! Which wouldn’t be a big deal normally but I haven’t worked out since Saturday. It’s so easy to fall back into old habits and with all the overwhelm of the season right now, I was making excuses to skip my workout. So I promised myself today I would show up. Ummm WHAT. Okay, first of all, it’s only day 2 of getting back to my miracle mornings and it feels like day 5 😳 Second, what the heck was that workout 👀 This morning was TOUGH getting out of bed. I napped for 2 hours yesterday and woke up feeling like I didn’t rest at all.... and I’m pretty sure I could’ve slept for a few more hours this morning, but that won’t get me any closer to my goals. So I 5,4,3,2,1 got my but out of bed, drank my liquid gold, turned on my miracle morning FaceTime call (so I really couldn’t turn back now) and got to work ✌🏼 It feels good when it’s all said and done and I love having my mornings back 💗

And we never really feel like doing the things we should and need to be doing. Think about my morning run. I knew as I approached the upcoming corner it was a right turn towards home or straight to add one more mile...an extra mile I had not run in months. As I approached said corner, my conversation went like this “I don’t have time, 3 miles is good enough, I have so much work to do...”. Most of you know that I had cancer. And unfortunately chemo messes up your stomach and I have been taking medication for the last five years not to live with daily heartburn. A few months ago my doctor told me that I needed to try to wean myself off of the medication because it’s been too long. So I tried a few times not to take the medication but my heartburn was so bad I ended up taking it again. . So I did some research on this baby that you see on the picture and I decided to give it a try. I have been putting it on my shake for the last five weeks. The first week I took it had to take my medication three days out of the seven but now that I’ve been consistent taking digestive boost daily I have not taken one pill in four weeks. 😀. . What does this mean that, it means one less medication I have to take on a daily basis. And another reason to love the products and the company I believe in.

Let's talk for a second about doing the things that suck. Like drinking apple cider vinegar before every meal. ********************************** My body has decided to revolt yet again. This time though I've been able to catch it early because I've learned to listen to it when it's screaming at me. Right now it's tantruming about rice and causing me heartburn and bloating. It already refuses to get along with dairy, gluten, corn and potatoes, so I eat alot of rice. After a chat with my naturopath we figure I have low stomach acid which could be causing me undiagnosed mild sibo. This is where the apple cider vinegar comes in. I need to take it before every meal to help increase my stomach acidity so all my yucky symptimscwill go away. ********************************** Now, I consider my self to have strong resolve. If something needs to be done for the greater good I can muster up the will, but have you ever had straight ACV 🤢 I'm doing it, but it SUCKS. The annoying thing is, it seems to be working. That means I HAVE to keep doing it. We all have a thing , or 2, or 10 we really don't want to do, but if you can muster up the psychological strength to just get it done, your on the road to being able to do anything. And doing those things you don't want to do will only make you stronger, and eventually they'll become easier, maybe even habit. OK FB, let’s chat about limiting beliefs. I grew up in an entrepreneurial household, 3 business between my parents. As I grew older, trying to figure out myself and what my contributions to society would be, I never entertained owning my own business. My headspeak was always, “I will never be in sales and I will never own my own business”. Thank goodness I had enough common sense to “get out of my own way” two years ago (I think a lot of it had to do with desperation, honestly) to take an opportunity to make residual income and roll with it. The personal and professional development alone has been worth it! What limiting belief(s) do you have? It’s about to be a new year, let’s start fresh. These pictures were taken at my work Christmas party and I am jumping for joy at the difference.  I will admit that when I started this journey I was a bit hesitant.  Hesitant because of my past failures to loose weight and live healthier.  When I look at this picture I feel happy and confident.  If you look really close you can see the scar where my chemo port was put in, that scar shows me strength, shows me that I can do anything I set my mind to do. . I can’t wait to see what 2019 has in store as I get ready to start T20 and continue on my health journey.  I’m ready for 2019 to be the healthiest year of my life, what about you? 😉
