In tantissime mi dite e scrivete testuali parole : Ma come è possibile che non riesco a Dimagrire, sto facendo il Digiuno !” Vorrei conoscere colui o colei che ha diffuso questa enorme stronzata, sul DIMAGRIMENTO : “Per dimagrire e perdere peso, non devi mangiare” ! Dando per di più alla parola dieta un significato negativo, quando in realtà non è così. Iniziamo col dire che per DIMAGRIRE REALMENTE la sola DIETA NON BASTA, e per di pù PEGGIORA la SITUAZIONE Vediamo insieme perchè : Sicuramente chiunque vuole ridurre il proprio peso, e quindi eliminare i grassi di troppo, deve per forza di cose ridurre l’apporto calorico della sua alimentazione e quindi abituarsi a nuove abitudini culinarie, ma MAI E POI MAI DEVE DIGIUNARE. Il nostro organismo deve abituarsi poco alla volta, al ridotto apporto calorico, e quindi volta dopo volta, va ridotto...mai direttamente. Ma l’aspetto principale, oltre alle calorie assunte è COSA MANGIARE : Vi ricordo che il NOSTRO CORPO necessita OGNI GIORNO di tutti i macronutrienti, anche con la giusta percentuale di grassi. I truly believe you don't have to be miserable to be shredded. It's all about counting your macro nutrients. This was a pre gym meal. The sweet potato is a fast digesting complex carb. The avocado is a fantastic source of fat and contains twenty different essential nutrients (I made guacamole, lime juice gives great electrolytes). The steak delivers protein, creatine, and fat. I just ate the slice of bacon because I needed more fat in my day and that one slice had 260 mg of sodium, to help me with my pump. This was a delicious meal and I shook the halls of Valhalla that day from the gym. All the food is seasoned with garlic salt. Don't be afraid of seasoning your food, you need a certain amount of sodium for performance in the gym and recovery after. This is a new menu item I prepared for the clients that I cook for! I made this excellent BBQ Chicken Breast with fresh pineapple, red onion, turkey bacon, and mozzarella! _____________________ Chicken Breast Details: I seasoned my @corradosmarket chicken with sea salt and pepper. Next I greased a baking dish and arranged the chicken breasts to fit snugly. I used a serving of @ghughessugarfree hickory bbq sauce for each piece. Then I cooked the bacon and added that on top along with my slices of pineapple. I chopped up some red onion and added that to the chicken as well. Last but not least I added an ounce of 2% mozzarella to finish it off. I baked the chicken at 425 for about 30 minutes until the chicken hit 165 degrees. Dziś w oko wpadła mi ankieta treningowa jednego z klientów w klubie w którym pracuję. Na pytanie odnośnie przeciwwskazań do wysiłku fizycznego pojawiło się hasło: dyskopatia. Temat mi mocno bliski, bo w swojej sportowej „karierze” sam stałem się jej ofiarą. Tu rodzi się pytanie, czy rzeczywiście dyskopatia jest przeciwwskazaniem do treningu? Uważam, ze nie, a wręcz przeciwnie, powinna być właśnie WSKAZANIEM do aktywności ruchowej. Nie rozumiem przez to, ze dwa tygodnie po urazie masz wracać na siłownie i robić zarzuty i martwy ciąg, bo nie jest to właściwe podejście. Natomiast właściwie poprowadzony trening może stać się orezem do walki z bólem pleców, a także zabezpieczy Cię przed nawrotem urazu. O czym pamiętać? 1. Nie ćwicz bezpośrednio po urazie. Zazwyczaj ostre dolegliwości bólowe ustępują po około 2-4 tygodniach, po tym okresie powinnienem móc rozpocząć powrót do aktywności. 2. Zacznij od ćwiczeń o niskim obciążeniu. Ćwiczenia w podporach czy w marszu, trening na TRX, gumach. Skup się na poprawnej technice i silnym zaangażowaniu mięśni brzucha. 3. Znajdź przyczynę urazu. Jeżeli dyskopatii doznałeś podczas któregoś z ćwiczeń (np. martwego ciągu) świadczyć może to o błędnie wykonywanej technice.
