Ummm if you’ve never tried melon and yogurt together I’m gonna go ahead and say you need to! . This creamy deliciousness, with just a touch of savory from the prosciutto is the JAM! I must admit, I was a little reluctant about it myself but when I saw a pic in @cookinglight it was too pretty not to try, and it did not disappoint! . Just chop up some cantaloupe, top with a few thin slices of prosciutto, plain unsweetened yogurt, a sprinkle of almond slices and granola, and mint leaves, and enjoy! I had mine over a bed of spinach because #eatyourveggies, and it was soooo filling! . Some of my best smoothies r the ones i just dump everything in! Green apple, red Apple, nectarines, spinach, strawberries, pineapple, banana, green grapes, black grapes, canned coconut milk, a little coconut water and hemp seeds. My toddler likes to eat partial apples and nectarines. So when he won’t finish it i cup up and freeze. Also any fruit starting to go bad and nobody wants to eat, i freeze it then throw in smoothies! I made these healthy carrot cake muffins (made with applesauce and sweetened only with maple syrup) and I have to say they were exactly what I wanted them to be. Not too sweet, full of carrots and walnuts, and just the perfect texture. Recipe from @ambitiouskitchen - check out her feed for details! . . . After school snack, guacamole on wholewheat crackered. 1 avocado 1/2 onion 1/2 tomato Pepper Lime juice Mash the avocado add the chopped onions and tomatoes. Add some pepper and a few drops of lime juice. Job done. Nice healthy clean snack for the kids, got to teach them to eat well and enjoy it. ❤💚💙

Last day of MORE... 🔥 What to say... our community is legit one of a kind. We heard from people who have been in this industry for 17, 20, 26 YEARS and say they’ve never seen anything like it. The comp plan, the mission, the people, the COMMUNITY!!! 🔥 Did you realize how much this company cares and gives?? Literally daily our assignment was to go out and make someone’s day better (are you catching what I’m constantly talking about with better here peeps??) 🔥 So we spread out into whatever community we are in and do it. Give money, smile, talk to people, ask people how we can help, Hug them, listen, buy someone lunch, etc. 🔥 As I’ve said a million times it’s not just the product (as amazing as it is) it’s the community. I’m amazed every time I’m around them. 🔥 Are you looking for better?? What kind of better do you want?

#afterschoolsnack when I got home was a crispbread with cheese, a wholewheat bread with cream cheese, and a Spicy lemon raw bar 🍋 • It went good at the psychologist. We talked alot about my different anxietys and where they may come from. I also said that I’d like to be more independent but since I have a hard time making decisions without getting anxious she suggested I’d start with something small. We’ll see how that goes 💙

ENERGY BITES!!! These little bites are packed with flavor and delicious ingredients! INSTRUCTIONS: -In a large bowl, add all ingredients. -Stir until very well combined -Using a small cookie dough scoop or your hands, roll into balls. -Place on baking sheet. -Place in fridge and let sit for 2-3 hours. -Store in air tight container in the fridge. -Eat as desired.

#repost @myhungrytoddler ・・・ BANANA, COCONUT & APPLE SLICE You know it’s toddler approved when your child goes back for 3 slices 🙊🐷 Miss nearly 4 is starting school next year and I’m busy getting my lunchbox recipes down pat. This slice is perfect for morning or afternoon tea, after school snack or dessert (slightly heated, served with vanilla ice cream when the kids go to bed 😂) YOU’LL NEED: 100g butter, just melted 1 tspn vanilla bean paste 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 eggs 1 large banana, mashed 1/2 tspn cinnamon 2 tblspns desiccated coconut, can be omitted 1 cup self raising flour 1 large apple, cored and sliced thinly Icing sugar to dust, optional . METHOD Heat a fan forced oven to 170degrees and line a 25x25 tin with greaseproof paper. In a stand mixer bowl place the sugar, vanilla and butter and beat until creamy. Add the eggs and beat again. Using a spatula stir through the banana, cinnamon, coconut and flour. Pour into the tin and smooth out. Arrange the apple slices on the base skin up and in three rows spaced evenly. Bake for 25mins until golden and well cooked. Slice into 9 large or 12 smaller pieces.
