I have a desire to train others to help them find a healthy and happy life. Being a part of my clients successes each step of their fuels my desires to keep doing my best to make a difference in others. No matter how small that difference may be it’s still a difference in the right direction. Do not knock others down for trying. Do knot knock others down because they don’t fit your thoughts on how such and such should look. Forgive me but.....If you can’t support others and all you have is a remark that is negative and will hurt or tear that individual down....Fuck You! Your not good enough in my opinion to be around them. The world is in mass craziness and it does not hurt or cost to just be kind, patient, to think of another’s feeling or to support them. God intended for us to hold each other up not tear each other down. If you can’t hold others up, I have no ill feelings for you but I’m not wasting my time on you. Neck and shoulder pain is all too common in today’s world as more and more people spend countless hours everyday in front of a computer or cellphone. Fortunately, everything is connected so by learning how to position the rest of your body, you can help relieve your neck and shoulder pain at home. One thing you must understand about muscle pain is that often you feel it in a different place from where the problem stems from. A pain in the back or neck, for example, may be caused by constriction in the buttocks, abdomen, or leg. “Referred pain” is the term used for this situation because the constriction refers pain to another part of the body. This is because all of your muscles are connected by fascia, the soft tissue between muscles and skin. The group of fascia that runs from the top of your head, down the entire back side of your body to your feet, is called the superficial back line. It’s what keeps you standing upright. Misalignment or restriction anywhere along the superficial back line can manifest as neck and shoulder pain. Here are 9 wonderful exercises to help with neck and shoulder pain. 👉Suggested Reps.👈 1. Open Book - 5 times per side. 2. Thoracic Extension - 3 - 5 reps. 3. Head Tilt - 2 minute durations. 4. Neck Roll - 3 Circles each side. 5. Kneeling Arm Circles - 10 Reps. 6. Shoulder Shrug - 3 - 5 Reps per arm. 7. Scapula Slide - 2 minute duration. 8. Wing Span - 10 - 15 per side. 9. This beautiful momma did not feel a hundred percent today. Hell not even 50% but she showed up and pushed super hard. If you think the juicy booties you see displayed on my page are easy to make or these ladies just were lucky. You are so wrong! The juicy booties you see in my photos have all come with some intense workouts at least 3 days a week focused on that booth and quads. The single leg extension at the end of the clip are 50 and 60 pounds done with one leg slowly coming down. Then both legs bring the weight up to repeat with the opposite leg dropping the weight slowly by itself. Waste trainers 👗 They come in many shapes, sizes, colors, and fancy names. One thing they have in common is you are throwing your money in the trash and you can be injuring your health. Myth Number 1 about waste trimmers: If you hacked off your arm the scale would indicate that you've lost weight. But the "weight" we all need to lose should be from fat. So, do waist trainers help you lose body fat? No. Yet, Nakeitha Thomas, owner and founder of Waist Gang Society (whose products Kim Kardashian has endorsed), says, "Perspiration while wearing the waist trainer creates the equivalent of a 30-40 minute workout for the user." On one company's website, a section titled "Health Tips" says, "Waist training is a gradual process of waist reduction using our corset." The only thing wrong with those statements is that they're not true. If you lose any weight while wearing a waist trainer it's likely you're losing water weight from sweating; rehydrate and it'll all come back. Myth 2 – Waist trainers make you eat less. Some contend that because a waist trainer applies pressure to your abdominal area, that you'll eat a little less because your stomach is being squished. But that doesn't necessarily mean you'll stay in a caloric deficit. When you take the thing off your appetite may make you overcompensate for the calories you missed earlier. A study published in the Scandinavian Journal of Primary Health Care sought to prove whether waist trainers could be used to maintain weight lost after participants followed a low-calorie diet. Study subjects were instructed to wear a waist trainer for at least five hours a day, five days a week, for nine months. Unfortunately, most study subjects found the waist trainer to be too uncomfortable to comply with the study guidelines, leaving the researchers to conclude that regardless of whether the waist trainer would have been effective or not, "corset treatment doesn't appear to be an option for sustained weight control." 🤔🤔Continued in comment
