So it took a total of three climbing days to get this problem, but I finally walked away yesterday with my first V3. @centralrockglastonbury 😎 _________________________________ And the best part is this climb wasn’t marked until yesterday, so I had no idea what level it was the entire time and just attempted it because it looked fun. My ankle sprain set me back quite a bit last month so its safe to say I’m back and better then ever. It took me about 10 shots to get one good photo because my arms were so shaky after this upper body workout! I’ve recently been taking @pescience high volume before a workout and I’ve noticed a huge difference! I can get that extra rep in and not feel exhausted by the end. Arm blowout. This is an exercise I like to do at the end of my bicep 💪 workout to just get that last ounce of anything I have left out of my arms and upper body. It’s also a great compound exercise that also targets, my quads, glutes, abs and hamstrings. Slightly squatted, back straight, core tucked in tight, I’m just bringing my arms up and squeezing getting in as many reps as I can. I’m using the 17.5 lbs dumbbells 💪 counting 1 rep for the left arm and 1 rep for the right arm for a total of 25 reps each arm. My arms were like jello after doing 3 x 25 of these and on 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. I specifically like to wait till the end for these after my biceps have been destroyed. Just when you think you have nothing left in the tank, give these a try! The burn feels 👍 great let’s me know I’m doing my job and getting the most out of my workout. That’s the point isn’t it ? Working on my crow pose( bakasana). When I started 4 weeks ago, I couldn’t get my feet off the ground without falling flat on my face. With patience and practice, I have managed to get my feet off and am working on holding that pose for longer! This pose is great for anyone wanting to start trying out inversions and arm balances in their practice. It’s all about having confidence and patience within yourself! Happy practicing!
