How To Get Big Arms?? ⠀ ⠀ Your triceps make up over 2/3 of your arm! I normally never hit more than 3 bicep movements in a workout and never hit less than 3 tricep movements in a workout! If you want big arms you need to get big triceps! ⠀ ⠀ In any biceps and triceps workout out I always try and hit all the different heads of the muscle. For biceps I try and do 1 movement for each of the heads, the long head and the short head. Occasionally I will throw in another movement if I’m really feeling it but that’s about it. ⠀ ⠀ Comment down below what your favorite biceps movement is and why!

Let’s talk about working out our CHEST & TRIS! 💪🏼 . I am obviously still growing mine but starting to see little progress gets me fired up 🔥 before working with my coach, i used to never split up my arm days at the gym. I’d work every part of my arm in one shot 🤦🏼‍♀️ but by splitting up my arm days into shoulders/biceps (and back)/chest and tris, I get to focus on each muscle group a little bit more and target the areas I want to grow! 👊🏼 . A common misconception amongst women is that we don’t want to train pecs because we think our breasts have it covered..literally 😂 but training our chest and tris are just as important as training other parts of our body! Here are a few reasons why we need to train them: • Training chest and tris will help improve our posture. The chest and tris area are a major part of our body and play an important part in maintaining our posture because they support the scapula (aka shoulder blade) and the shoulder joint. If you don’t train or are sedimentary most of the time, those chest muscles get smaller, meaning they won’t be able to support those shoulder muscles. •You’ll breathe easier! 🧘🏼‍♂️ with fixing your posture, you’ll open up your chest, meaning you’ll take deeper and easier breaths. •Triceps help extend the elbow joints, which help in fine motor skills, such as hand writing! Always the little things that count ✍🏼 . At the age of 50 years young, he’s shocking and defying the belief of everyone around him, and if you SWIPE right, you’ll see just how conditioned he is. It’s a hard feat at any age to get striated delts like he has, but at 50, that’s one hell of an achievement. His better half, Hareeta, is doing even better! She’s down over 20kg now, and is on track for a truly life changing transformation. We can’t wait to see how their journeys unravel in the coming weeks and months! Remember, it’s all a journey, and we’re all on our own path. I recommend 2 of these each week. 💦👌🏼🌸 Complete 3-5 rounds but remember 1 round is still always better than none chickies!!! 💪🏼. . 1️⃣ Squat hold cross overs x 20 alternating sides. 🌸 DR (diastasis recti) friendly, for pregnancy friendly option do not cross over (twists aren’t pregnancy friendly), instead just reach down each side to calf muscles to work the obliques. 👌🏼. 2️⃣ Curtsy lunges x 20 alternating sides. 🌸 DR & pregnancy friendly. 3️⃣ Burpee variation x 15. 🌸 DR friendly, for pregnancy friendly option use a bench or coffee table for the push-up. 4️⃣ Reverse lunges with high knee x 15 each side. 🌸 For DR & pregnancy friendly option remove the high knee. 5️⃣ Squats plus leg raises x 20 squats alternating side leg raises. 🌸 DR & pregnancy friendly. . 👉🏼 A reminder to squeeze in my Pelvic Floor & Core Exercise Program as your warm up tomorrow (Monday) so you’re not only strengthening your toosh but most importantly your hoo’ha (vagina, for all those asking).
