I guess all the time I spent the last two years trying to decrease the width of my lats is going right out the fucking window. 🙄 - In other news, I bought a set of waterproof headphones designed for swimming. However, I quickly learned that Bluetooth doesn’t work under water and that my headphones have a built in MP3 player. My only question is— what fucking year is this?! I haven’t downloaded music in over ten years, which is why the only songs I can dub over videos (like this one) date back no earlier than 2006. 🤦🏻‍♀️ - Ok. Done whining. Today I completed 60 laps (1525 yards). Next time I’m going for a mile. I managed to gently kick on about 10 laps, so that’s progress for my knee. At school sometimes it’s easy to get distracted and get off track, but I’m using this break to solely get my mind back into everything and focus on recovery. Hit some back today: here’s the workout. • wide lat pull down superset with v grip seated row 4 x 10-12 • Seated cable rope row superset with single arm pull ups on the assist 4 x 8-10 • Dumbbell row superset with strait bar row (underhand) 4 x 8-10 • Laying down behind the neck pulldown superset with Seated high cable row (the clip) 4 x 10-12 • Face pulls superset with t bar rows 4 x 8-10 • The reason why I superset everything is because since I can’t run, I need to sweat & get an intense workout somehow!
