Trying to work on smiling ๐Ÿ˜ Here's some of my workout yesterday - focusing on my back and glutes ๐Ÿ˜… . I've noticed since sitting for most of my work day my back has gotten considerably weaker. Any workout that helps build it back up ill be doing ๐Ÿ˜‹ I did 4 sets of 10-12 each side focusing on my breathing, pausing & squeezing. Then came home and did some deadlifts and hip thrusts ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜ Today is a rest day so thinking of going for a nice walk to add LISS to the week as long as the rain waits - cardio is important too โค .
