Been lazy with posting the last week or so. Here’s what I’ve done my last 3 sessions. Friday: Deadlifts on tap. Had some wave sets and worked up to a heavy single at 520, top back down was 440x5. Monday Skwaats: wave load again, worked up to a triple at 410, top back down was 345x7. This was the best my #skwaats have felt in 3+months, I’m pretty stoked about that! Today Bench: wave load AGAIN! Top paused triple at 290, with my top back down being 245x7. Bench feels amazing! Some “light” squats and some relatively heavy bench from today 🤷‍♂️💁‍♂️ . Videos: top set of 175kg for 1x4 @ 8 squats and my back-off set of 157.5kg for 1x4. Top 3 singles of my poverty bench for 100/105/107.5kg @ 8/9/9.5 respectively. . Bench has come on massively since we identified my issue with paused work a couple of weeks back. Near enough back to where I was with no pause before and I’ve also developed an arch to some degree?! 🙌🏻 .
