Filete de soja a la pimienta verde Es una maravilla que podamos comer estos platos sin tener que hacer daño a nadie. La salsa de pimienta verde me encanta, tiene un toque picantito delicioso pero sin llegar a abrasarte la boca. Aunque no seáis de picante podéis hacer esta salsa ya que, al contrario de lo que parece, no es una salsa super picante. 🌸Empezamos poniendo el filete de soja en remojo durante 10 minutos. Mientras, cortar en brunoise (daditos pequeños) media cebolla y ponerla a rehogar. Cuando la cebolla esté dorada, añadir una cuchara de pimienta verde (la fresca, se vende en bote con salazón) y la nata de soja. Cocinar 3 minutos y triturar todo junto. Cuando la salsa esté finita volver a poner en la sartén y añadir unos cuantos granos más de pimienta para que queden enteros y darle dos vueltecitas durante 2 minutos. Reservar. 💮Quitar el filete de soja del agua y, con cuidado, ir chafandolo hasta quitar toda el agua que haya absorbido el filete. En una sarten con aceite poner el filete y cocinar hasta que quede bien dorado. Emplatar con el filete de soja y la salsa por encima. 🌸Esta vez lo he acompañado con arroz ya que esta salsa le queda de maravilla pero también podéis acompañarlo con verduras al vapor, setas, patatas fritas o al horno. Tenéis mil opciones. Hy everybody 🙋 I'm finally back in Belgium after a trip to Berlin and the Netherlands 😊 Had a lot of fun, but look forward to my own kitchen 😄 Anyone else missing their kitchen when travelling 😅? Anyway, it's #pizzafriday 🙌 One of my all-time favorites with lots of my homemade pizza cheese, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and some fresh herbs 💛 . .Vegan.DIY: Pizza Cheese. - mix 1 Tbsp tapioca starch, 1/3 cup nutritional yeast and 1 Tsp salt in 1 cup full fat coconut milk until the starch is completely dissolved. - blend this mixture with 2 cups cooked, diced and drained potatoes (about 300g) while they are still hot. - mixture should be thick, creamy and gooey. - top your pizza, lasagna, toast or whatever you prefer with the cheese and bake at 180°C/350°F until golden brown. - enjoy 😊 . @thbfoodtruck made it's first appearance of the year yesterday and I had to go! . The classic, Buffalo Chik'n was amazing per usual and had the rice and beans, which consisted of curry chickpeas, rice and topped with some spicy nuts and mix! Super good too! . Dan Dan noodles ✨ this is by far one of the greatest things I’ve ever made. I. Love. It. And I used my favorite @eatbanza noodles for this. But, a couple things- to make it ‘low carb’, swap out the noodles for zoodles or kelp noodles and if you can’t have soy— swap out the tofu crumbles for real grass fed beef crumbles or another soy free veg option, whatever floats your boat, it’s your world ✌🏼. All are great options - the real star of this show is the peanut sauce. I wouldn’t recommend altering that for almond butter, you can of course- but then it becomes a whole other thing - still good, but different. —— Peanut sauce: 1/2 cup peanut butter 1-2 tbsp chili paste 1 tsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp sesame oil 4 tbsp tamari 1 tbsp coconut sugar 2 tbsp lime juice 1 garlic clove 1/4 tsp ginger powder Black pepper 4-6 tbsp cilantro 4-6 tbsp water (added in slowly) *Optional: garnish with cilantro and scallions and more crushed peanuts and sesame seeds —— Tofu crumbles: 1 package extra firm tofu Chipotle powder Garlic Black pepper 1 tbsp tamari —— Crumble the tofu and mix in with everything. Bake on parchment paper lined pan at 400 for 15 min. Flipping around halfway through. Add another 5 minutes for extra crunchy.

Salut les petits amis 🤡 Bon aujourd’hui en story, je vous file la recette d’un granola maison parce que j’en avais marre de me ruiner avec des granola à 10 boules mdr donc j’ai fait le mien, il a de la gueule et est vraiment pas mauvais (oui je suis tout à fait en train de me lancer des fleurs 💐). Comforting Warm and Nourishing Stuffed Shell Vegan Pasta with Spinach Cauliflower Cream 🤤 Created by @beferox 💚 __ Shared Via @GlowingPlants ✨🌿 #glowingplants __ Recipe 👇 * 400 g pasta shells ca 60-70 shells * ca. 3 tbsp olive oil * 1 handful fresh basil leaves Filling * 650 g frozen cauliflower florets defrosted * 3 handful fresh spinach * 1 medium onion chopped * 3 cloves of garlic chopped * 1 tsp miso paste * ca. 1 1/3 cups oat milk * 1 tsp salt * pinch of pepper * 2 1/2 tbsp starch I like to use potato starch * 1 tsp dried basil Tomato Sauce * 600 ml sieved tomatoes * 200 ml soya cuisine (vegan single cream) * 1 tsp dried basil * 1 tsp dried oregano * 2 tsp. paprika * salt and pepper to taste * 1 medium Onion chopped * 3 cloves of garlic minced Directions Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside (add some olive oil so the shells won't stick together) For the filling: 1. Meanwhile, heat a few tbsp of water in a pan over medium heat
Add onion and garlic and cook for about 3 minutes
Add more water if the pan looks dry
Add miso paste and stir well. Remove pan from heat
Chop cauliflower florets into small pieces
Add Cauliflower, onion and garlic from the pan and spinach to a food processor or high speed blender along with oat milk and blend until smooth and creamy
If your blender or food processor is not that big, split everything in 3 to 4 loads and blend seperately or simply combine ingredients in a bowl and blend with a hand held blender
Transfer filling to a big bowl and add starch, salt, pepper and dried basil. Mix well For the tomato sauce: Heat a few tbsp. of water in a pan over medium heat
Add onion and cook for about 2 minutes
Add garlic and cook for another minute
Mix in all the remaining ingredients and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until sauce is hot

Ingredients Vegan Macaron Shells 200 ml aquafaba chickpea water* 133 grams almond flour 133 grams powdered sugar 1 teaspoon cocoa powder optional to give a tan color to the shells 133 grams vegan white sugar 40 ml water Vegan Salted Caramel Frosting 3 tablespoons vegan margarine 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tablespoon almond milk Pinch of fine sea salt 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 -1 cup powdered sugar sifted Instructions Vegan Macaron Shells Place your aquafaba in a small saucepan. Bring it to a boil over medium heat. Let it reduce and thicken, while stirring from time to time to check the consistency, over medium low heat. You are looking for a gentle simmer. Once the mixture has reduced til about half, you can remove from the heat. The aquafaba should have kind of a slimy consistency, such as egg whites. Set it aside until it cools completely to room temperature. Measure out 100 ml of the prepared aquafaba. If you have any leftovers, store it in the fridge for up to 3 days. Sift almond flour, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder together in a bowl. Divide the aquafaba in half. Mix 50 ml of the aquafaba with the almonds and powdered sugar. Use a spatula to mix until this becomes a thick paste. Add food coloring at this point, if using any. Place the other 50 ml of the aquafaba in the bowl of a stand mixer. Start to mix on low, raising the speed gradually to medium-high. Whip aquafaba until it reaches stiff peaks. They won’t get as stiff as the peaks in the egg white meringue do. But you will be able to recognize it as a stiff peak, because the whisk will leave streaks in the meringue, and you’ll be able to identify some medium to stiff peaks in your meringue. The mixture will be white and fluffy. While the meringue whips, you want to move quickly to make the syrup. Mix water and white sugar in a small saucepan. Place a thermometer on the side of the pan.If your thermometer doesn’t reach, you might have to hold a thermometer in place while you cook the sugar syrup. Bring it to a boil over medium heat, until it reaches 245F. Don’t stir the mixture at all. Continued below ⬇️

Crispy Enoki Mushrooms with Spicy Mayo🍄🌶 ⁣ ⁣ These are seriously crispy😍 I can see why it’s such a big YT🎥 trend! It’s really a super easy recipe and so much fun to make, check my stories or “Crispy Enoki” highlight for some videos. Happy weekend lovelies, much love💗, S⁣ ⁣ Ingredients:⁣ 400 g Enoki mushrooms⁣ 150 g tempura flour (egg-free)⁣ 200 ml iced water⁣ 1/2 tsp sweet paprika powder ⁣ 1/2 tsp garlic powder⁣ Vegetable oil for frying ⁣ ⁣ Spicy mayo:⁣ 3 tbsp vegan mayonnaise ⁣ 2-3 tsp hot Sriracha sauce⁣ ⁣ Garnish:⁣ 1 green onion, finely chopped⁣ ⁣ Method:⁣ - In a medium sized mixing bowl, whisky together tempura flour, water, paprika powder and garlic powder until smooth.⁣ - Cut off the bottom part of the Enoki mushrooms and separate them into smaller bunches.⁣ - Pick up the bunches on at a time with chopsticks and dip in the tempura mixture, let excess mixture drip off then fry in hot oil until golden. pulled beans stekt med rödlök och morot, ris med sojasås på, hemmagjord hummus och en bädd med isbergssallad under allt :p jag testade hälsans kök pulled beans och oj vad dom smakade som kött!! min mamma och syster tyckte det smakade som renskav. konsistensen var också väldigt kött liknande så det kändes till och med lite obekvämt😂 men om man letar efter kött liknande substitut så skulle jag verkligen rekommendera denna!!

🇬🇧 🌱 I don't expect to find dedicated vegan menus when I'm in the country, but recently I've been so impressed to see how many delicious plant based dishes are on offer at country pubs and hotels. @thebellatskenfrith in Monmouthshire, Wales, served me an incredible dinner last night: roasted beetroot, Wye valley asparagus, pepper & watercress salad; grilled stuffed pepper with sunflower mince, tomato & balsamic dressing & pea shoot salad; wild mushroom and tarragon penne pasta; and grilled pineapple with brown sugar syrup and lime salsa). Sooo good 😋 I actually couldn't stop eating... I was still full this morning, but they served a great vegan breakfast so I had to get that down me too! I'll probably be rolling home, but when the food's this good who cares?🤰🏻 Veganism isn't the future... It's NOW. Let's save animals and protect our planet and get on the right side of history! 💚 🌎

✨Drunken Red Curry Fried Rice✨Thai food always sounds like a good idea, so I combined two of my favorite dishes, red curry & thai fried rice into one. Spicy, quick, and delicious. Recipe below for a meal under 30 minutes💫 Cook brown, white, or jasmine rice according to package and set aside. Prepare assorted vegetables. For this recipe I used red bell pepper, zucchini, broccoli, and shredded carrots. Cook all of the veggies in oil with some salt and pepper. Once mostly cooked, add in 1-2 spoons of red curry paste. mix well. then add in a can of full fat coconut milk, some soy sauce, and some brown sugar. mix well. let simmer for a few minutes, and then add in more red curry paste to intensify the flavor. stir in your cooked rice. take off the heat, add in some fresh basil & serve💫 • • • • #eatsbyarchita
