💕transformation tuesday 💕 holy moly I'm so glad ive started taking pictures!! i never used to take progress photos and it is such a great way to see how far you've come when you can't see it in the mirror daily! 👀 The photo on the left was right after I started my coaching journey! i was about a month into my 80day program and wasnt seeing the results I was wanting. 😬 well i also wasnt drinking my superfoods or checking in with an accountability group or even following a nutrition program but once I decided to coach I had the ultimate accountability!🤗 . . i couldnt slack off anymore and just do the workouts! I needed to get my head in the game and overhaul my MINDSET and my diet. . . No more nibbling on my kids leftover macaroni, hot dogs, lunchables, fig newtons, pretzels, fruit snacks.... 🙊🐷 no more going through the motions of the workouts but really pushing myself! deciding to coach was the best decision I EVER MADE!!! I just wish i had made it sooner because maybe then it wouldn't have taken me 20mo to be getting my postpartum body back in shape 🤣😂 . . While explaining what has gone on over the past week, month, and years—I caught myself feeling extremely bitter and sorry for myself. I thought, “why me?” But something came over me in the past 48 hours. No matter what is happening inside of my body, I do have some control in what happens in my head and comes out of my mouth. • In that moment I decided I needed to let go of all of the shit, pun intended😭, and other things that of happened before this very moment—at least give it a full effort to do so. • Part of healing is a mental game. You have to work every single day try to stay positive and keep the faith—even when it feels like all is lost and the universe is against you. • I am printing this poster off and making it a giant framed print for our bathroom above the tub. Every time I look up at it, I want to 1. Be able to make light of a current bad situation, and 2. Throwback Thursday! . this is a mental throwback because I have come so far from that girl who was 20 weeks pregnant and fighting so hard to gain the minimal amount of weight for a healthy pregnancy! 😢 . that was me with my first and I was still in a very disordered eating MINDSET! I was newly married and still trying to adjust to living with my husband, let alone adjust to being pregnant and food had always been my coping mechanism. I would starve all day, binge at night and then over exercise and starve again the next day. But now I was growing a child and could not continue those behaviors. I was struggling hard with a growing body and losing my strict control over my diet. . fast forward to me now, two kids later. I actually have arm muscles that I LOVE! I used to think skinny was the only way to be beautiful! my MINDSET has done a complete 180 ... well okay like a 170 because I'm not perfect! and I'm so excited to fix those last remaining pieces with our new 2B mindset nutrition-focused program. . I still need help with my emotional eating even though it has greatly improved.. when I'm stressed or sad I still want to turn to food to cope but im working on it! . this program is for EVERYBODY! whether you have no weight or 200 pounds to lose, you will get something out of this program because you're learning a LIFESTYLE! you're fixing your mindset so that you can succeed this time. 👊 . cuz let's be real you guys. We all know what we have to do to lose weight or be healthy . It's not rocket science . We know we need to eat more vegetables and drink more water and not overeat. So then why if we know this ... can we not succeed? 🤔 . It's because we're ignoring our MIND. It's our minds that sabotage us because when we're dieting we're only addressing part of the issue. If you want to be successful at losing weight once and for all then yes you need to eat healthier... but you also need to be fixing your mindset and your relationship with food. 👌 . How do you do that? You have an accountability group that helps hold you accountable in your daily actions and you have a personal coach that helps guide you! . . Its the recipe for SUCCESS!
