What was the last book you read? * I’m reading “Crushing it!” by Gary Vaynerchuk, which is all about how to grow your influence and business through social media. And there is something I absolutely love in this book - the author talks so much about quality! “Go deep, not wide: Analytics don’t tell the whole story. In a nutshell, I decided to stop chasing the numbers and focus more on creating content that brought more value to our customers. Could this really happen? Yes it very well could, and not just with herbs either. The culprit to blame here is Climate Change. Note: this is regionally dependent on where the food is grown and how Climate Change is impacting that region specifically. Think about when hurricanes strike the Gulf Of Mexico. What usually happens? Gas prices rise because oil production is impacted. The same is true with food production, except flooding and drought would cause food scarcity. Any food grown outdoors that is susceptible to environmental influences will be affected, which means there could potentially be a food shortage of fruits & veggies. "Every day is s chance to get better" . Day 33/80 Booty . So the lovely 3x10s have returned and still going through this nasty cold I worried a little as I knew we'd be lifting heavier and using tougher loops, but even when I double looped I found myself a lot stronger and better balanced through it all. I'm hoping it means my body is on the mend! I am so sick of blowing my nose 🤧 . I'm glad to have persevered through though as I have always felt it wouldn't hinder me to continue the program, only make me feel uncomfortable. But it hasn't really done that either, I've in fact felt 10 times better after each routine. I am looking forward to it being gone though, it'll be fantastic to continue on without being sick .
