A little bit of conditioning work in my calisthenics session this morning, started with some static L-sit holds with alternating legs to activate both halves of my lower abbs, tried to transition to handstand pushup but still have a bit of work to do. Second part of this snippet I am working on building up (slowly) to a front lever using a resistance band to help keep my legs up until I eventually progress through to front levers with no band.
