The reason why I love push up exercises is because it can be done just about anywhere. Add some variations to it in order to have a great workout while challenging yourself at the same time. 4 sets 15 X clapping push ups 15 X tiger bend push ups 15 X typewriter push ups (15 seconds rest in between sets)

Kitchen workout#2 whilst breakfast was cooking- 20 each side toe touches/front kicks, 20 Russian twists, 20 calf raises, a 1 min 15 second plank PR to beat, 20 crunches with my legs elevated, and 10 knee pushups just because.
