I often get asked how to tighten your tricep area (or as my mom would call it “bat wings”🦇) and I do know that it’s an area a lot of people struggle to tone.. so I wanted to show you some of my favorite moves to help! . Here are the moves 1️⃣ tricep push-up 2️⃣ skullcrusher 3️⃣ overhead tricep extension 4️⃣ tricep kickback 5️⃣ tricep dips . You can add these moves into your next workout or complete them in a circuit fashion (I’d do 12-15 reps each) and complete the circuit 3-4 times.💪🏼 .
