Gotta be honest I stole the first part of this superset from @smith.julian I had a lot of problems developing a nice round shoulder. And I think a big part of that was having a lagging front deltoid. If you wanna build boulder shoulders try this next time you have a shoulder workout, it’s a killer. . . Start seated legs slightly bent and leaning back with a straight or V- bar attachment. Bring your arms slightly behind your head and return all the way down for a full stretch. Complete 8-12 reps. Great shoulder session this morning! At first I was lagging a bit and was doubting just how great of a workout I was actually going to have. At this point, I threw 2 scoops of @1stphorm Green Apple BCAA'S into my shaker with some cold water to sip throughout my training. Almost instantly I began to feel increased endurance which carried through the remainder of my workout! 3rd set of 140kgx3 pin shoulder presses. Pin presses take all tension from the muscles at the bottom of the movement, allowing for maximum muscle fibre recruitment from a dead stop position.
