Hey jeccafit fam!👋🏼💓 ok seriously WHY am I so awkward?? Welp whatever...🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m officially on my lil trip and I just had Panera and WOW🤤😍🤩 I get the spicy Thai chicken salad or something like lmao. I think I’ve decided that I’m not going to track this weekend, but I’m really going to try to eat healthy, whole foods. All my meals will be from restaurants so it’ll be a lil tricky! I might do a rough estimate but we’ll see... Today I did my butt workout that usually takes me 1 hour and a half, in an HOUR. That’s it. I was really proud of that I just wanted you to know...☺️ I had to get home to pack, so I ended up super-setting my 3/4 squat with split squats, and RDLs with kickbacks! It was hella difficult, but I don’t gotta workout for 2 days now so I’m chillin🤪 Happy (almost) Friday! Take this weekend to really chill out, and take a break from this hectic week. Everything doesn’t have to be INSANELY crazy all the time. Relax! You deserve a break from all that hard work. W A K E U P T H O S E G L U T E S🍑 . It’s crazy hot in the gong today so I thought some glute work was the best way to go🤪 . All you need for this workout is a small powerband but you can use no band if you don’t have one. . Complete 10 x banded clam (each side) 15 x banded abductions 5 x donkey kicks into 10 x donkey pulses (each side) . Rest 30 seconds then repeat for 4 sets total👌🏼 . Get ready for some serious butt burn🔥😜

The leg day workout that had people limping out of my class 😈 and was requested by so many of you ⇓ This workout consists of 4 circuits, plus banded burnout mini circuits before each one. (So, actually 6 circuits total.) Complete band circuit #1 before circuits 1 and 3. And band circuit #2 before circuits 2 and 4. Make sense? If not, ask! Band circuit #1: → 30 seconds lateral steps → 30 seconds squats → 60 seconds wall sit abduction Band circuit #2: → 30 seconds monster walk → 30 seconds step squats → 60 seconds plank abduction Circuit 1: 2 - 3 times through → 15 time under tension squats (notice how I never fully lock my knees, keeping the tension in my muscles) → 10 jump squats → 15 good mornings → 10 sprawls Circuit 2: 2 - 3 times through → 12 Bulgarian split squats into → 10 glute raises (complete both on right leg, then both on left leg) → 20 jump lunges Circuit 3: 2 - 3 times through → 20 frog hip thrusts → 15 single leg hip thrusts each leg → 15 in and out jump squats Circuit 4: 2 - 3 times through → 10 sumo deadlifts → 10 regular stance deadlifts → 10/leg dead lunges (these should feel similar to single leg deadlifts. start in a slight lunge, hinge from there) To finish: → Combine band circuit #1 and #2 back to back! Squats never get my butt sore. They usually just make my quadriceps sore. So @thahulk4real has me standing on these bricks to get a deeper squat with my toes out using two Kettlebells.
