BOOTY WORKOUT 🍑🙌🏼 Had such an amazing workout today!!! Really focusing on going heavier and doing my compound lifts. THAT is how to build your glutes and see changes!! ▫️Squat / Lunge variation: Did this as an accessory movement after my compound lifts. Burned so good ▫️Seated Squats: I’ve noticed that sometimes my back can hurt when doing squats aka why I don’t go too heavy with them (I think it’s because so go too low - not sure yet and just keeping it easy!)I find with this variation, I don’t notice the pain. If you’re in the same boat as me, try these ▫️Banded Sumo RDLs: Supersetted these with hip thrusts and WOW is all I have to say 👌🏼🔥 ▫️Curtsey Lunges: I love doing this variation of lunges because they work the side glutes aka what I’m trying to build up. Here’s three exercises to tone and build your glutes. For those cable kick ups I’m wearing my @iprfitness iso straps. I take my shoes off for glutes work with these straps because I also use them for my upper body workouts. Drag a bench over to the cable for a much better range of motion with these. Focus on kicking up through that heel to really trigger the glutes. For Those kickbacks I’m wearing @iprfitness kickback pros. Lean a bit forward to take strain off your back. Keep your spine neutral and again focus on kicking back through those heels.
