Tuna salad for lunch, and then I tried a new Mexican delivery place. Everything was so good! I had two al pastor tacos (I ate one soft tortilla per, rather than the two it comes with!), avocado salad with spicy, smoky red chipotle salsa, a cheeky slice of my husband's cheese quesadilla (not pictured!), and a truly massive peach for dessert. Sunday doesn’t mean a day of rest from exercise. It’s good to have a rest day but for me living in #qatar it’s the first day of the week so I have settled for Friday or Saturday to be my rest day and that doesn’t mean I don’t exercise, it means going for a 2 or 3 km run 🏃‍♀️ or some light cardio.
