When on the go all the time we can make a choice, fast and easy {healthy} or fast and easy {not}. .. . Some people knock the shake, and that used to be me. But when I realized on-the- go food is going to happen 1 way or the other. I decided to do some research and make a choice. In this one container alone there are whole fruits, veggies, probiotics, plant based protein, and a few other goodies that create an easy quick choice for a full balanced meal. . The other thing I notice is that it’s easy to make a smoothie unhealthy too. Which is why even when making shakes I use my UPF PC system and containers to make sure I’m not going overboard and getting too many calories & portions of each food group for what I need. . . In the future I hope to set aside the time to create an ebook that helps teach different recipes and what each of them does, but for now if you’re curious about changing up your habits, I’d love to just chat about how to help! #saturdayvibes

There’s a lot of debate in the fitness industry tht eating after 6pm or (insert time here) will make you fat or make that food go instantly in your fat reserves. That is not true at all, the only factor for putting on weight is CALORIES.If you are eating more calories than your body burns in a specific period of time, you will add mass.Not by eating after a certain period of time. Surf and turf done right 🏄🏼 👊🏻 Let’s talk a second about CRAVINGS. You know them well, I am sure. Especially if you’re into fitness, and deprive yourself of sweets constantly. The cravings are brutal, almost like a whispering voice that won’t go away, telling you to just indulge. But you have willpower, so you don’t give in 💪🏻 right? What if I told you, I used to be in that position. I consider myself to be someone who is very dedicated and perseverant when I have a goal in mind 🧠. But man, I couldn’t kill those cravings! I went through a vicious cycle where I’d try so hard, and cave. Usually eating something that wasn’t even appealing, because the cravings were SO BAD. A spoon of honey for ex. Just like that, with nothing else. In my mind, that’s not a normal thing to eat. My body was obviously telling me it NEEDED the energy. Then I’d beat myself up about it, and try again the next day. Fast forward now to my current diet. I am following a carnivore diet, eat once daily only, get TONS of energy from my food, and have absolutely ZERO cravings. WHY is that? This is by far the most strict diet I have ever been on. Although I am not doing it for aesthetic purposes, it doesn’t change the fact that it is extremely restricted. But day in, day out, I don’t crave sugar at all. I don’t even think about it. The fact is, if you have a proper balance in all the essential minerals your body needs, you will have absolutely no cravings, and tons of energy; and this whole concept of “willpower” will be something of the past. If your body has what it needs to function, following any type of diet would be EFFORTLESS, and so would be losing weight and having rock hard abs! Talk about a paradigm shift!! This is why the entire way I look at food has CHANGED. If you haven’t tried this combo yet —> sourdough, guac (or mashed avo), black beans, scrambled eggs 🍳🥑 . My guac recipe (serves 3-4, double recipe for more!) 🥑 2 large avocados Juice of half a lime ~1/4 chopped red onion ~1/4 cup chopped cilantro Garlic powder Sea salt Black pepper . Black beans 🖤 I used to hate plain black beans until I started trying to make them like one of my favorite restaurants! Heat 2 cans of canned black beans on stove top, and lightly mash as the heat up. Add: Garlic powder Salt Pepper Chili powder Cumin A dash of hot sauce (idk I just like it!) Chopped cilantro Top with a little of your favorite cheese 🥰
