It’s 8 PM. You’re “supposed” to be done with your meals for the day because eating late at night cause weight gain, right? (WRONG btw, any extra calories at any time of day cause weight gain). You’re still super hungry because eating healthy is “hard” and doesn’t fill you up. Sound familiar? 🤔 Let’s take a look at a few things... 1️⃣ Are you eating enough protein? Vegan, vegetarian, carnivore - whatever it is, you should always be aware of how much protein you’re consuming, with the minimum amount being .8 grams per pound of body weight (1 kg = 2.2 lbs for those outside the US). 2️⃣ Are you getting enough fiber? The minimum daily requirement is 25 grams of fiber per day. To put this in perspective, 1 cup of broccoli has ONLY 2.4 grams. 3️⃣ Are you drinking enough water? You should drink AT LEAST half your body weight in ounces PLUS 12 ounces for every 20 minutes of activity in a day. 🆗 IF you have all those requirements fulfilled in your eating style and you STILL have problems with overeating or binging, I would recommend seeking help or taking a break from dieting. Mental health is ALWAYS more important than the way you look. ☺️💕

Do you tell it off and let it know how bad it had been? Do you tell it why it has been bad? You naughty donut you're so full of trans fats how could you? What about when it has been good? Hear me out. • I listen to people telling me ALL THE TIME that their food is really good except they ate some naughty food on the weekend 😂 mate what did it do rob a bank? • I think you get my point now. Food is not good or bad. Stop and read that sentence again. There is no one food that makes you fat, sugar is not addictive , chocolate eaten within to be total caloric amount will not make you fat. If you are over your calories every day in broccoli or carrots you will still put on weight (And probably have a sore as hell gut too🤢. • My point is learn a little more about the basics of food. That's right, basics. You don't need to know all the complicated shit, understand macros, have a basic understanding of micros and your calories and you're good to go.
