I’ve been circling this city for more than 150 hours as #miamirobinhood & I thought I’d take a min to reflect on my accomplishments. I’ve definitely hit a milestone with my health. I’m at my fittest (not counting this cruise weight I put on) and feeling like a hero helped me continue my journey. To my supporters, those of y’all who’ve been wanting to help & those of you who left me inspiring messages and comments thank you‼️ ❤️🦊 Not one goes unnoticed. Did another one of my favorite ‘runs’ today. After every 6 minutes of running I do 200 jump rope and 20 push-ups. Ended up doing that 4 times. My cardio might look different to your cardio, and that’s ok because it all works 💁🏼 Running, cross trainers, stationary bikes, etc are not particularly exciting to me. Kicking or hitting a bag repeatedly requires a more varied focus and keeps me excited, where “normal” cardio exercise leaves me counting down the clock dividing the time and focusing on number goals to try to force motivation, it’s always an attention battle for me. Finding what you enjoy and the exercises that make you feel good and excited is the biggest part of the fitness battle. Don’t keep pushing yourself into exercises you don’t enjoy, keep trying different things until you find what works for you! It’s so much easier to stick to it and achieve your goals. 🖤 #headkick #roundkick

Many aren't used to using ski ergs and rowers but they really put it all out there. 4 different rounds of exercises. 3 rounds with in each.
