I’ve been circling this city for more than 150 hours as #miamirobinhood & I thought I’d take a min to reflect on my accomplishments. I’ve definitely hit a milestone with my health. I’m at my fittest (not counting this cruise weight I put on) and feeling like a hero helped me continue my journey. Inspired by this weekends UFC 205, we did 5 rounds x 5 min. For about a minute and a half they would do one third of the round then move on to the next part. Basically doing 3 different movements per round. There was a minute break in between rounds.
