Do you have a sweet tooth?🍬🦷⁣ ⁣ I used to believe that breakfast was just about just getting something into my system regardless of what it was. I figured it was better to give my body something to get it going rather than nothing but intermittent fasting had definitely opened my eyes to the importance of the 'WHAT' when it comes to breakfast.⁣ ⁣ My whole life I have downed sugar as though it was going out of supply and yet I was surprised that my digestion was all messed up. 🤦‍♂️Very rarely I will allow myself to have a bowl of sweet sugary goodness cereal but now, after taking back my self control, I try to eat a healthy balanced breakfast.⁣ 🍬🦷😬🍳🥓🥞🤤

Meditating is hard. I normally do a five minute meditation in the morning, but since this week’s challenge is to meditate every day, I thought I would step it up and do a 10 minute meditation. But I kept getting really distracted and bored. Tomorrow I’m doing transcendental meditation, which is chanting a phrase or word over and over again. I’m kind of nervous about that. But hopefully I’ll see some positive effects from meditating by the end of the week! I talk about all this more in my stories if you’re interested. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Have you cooked for anyone this week?⁣ ⁣ It is Week 7 of the 52 Week Goal Challenge and in order to have passed the challenge we had to cook two meals for two different people. The first meal is what I cooked for my wonderful wife on Valentine's Day. Well yes, this step is essential and the most difficult one. There are plenty of tips on #howtowakeup .What helps me personally is to #justdoit . Pretty #simple , isn't it? :) 2. Do NOT switch on internet on your mobile. I've made a habit of doing the most important thing(s) in the morning before I switch on my mobile. Trust me, it does make a difference. 3. Don't forget about creating nice atmosphere for your morning routine. #youtube offers various #morningmusic videos, from #meditationmusic to #tuctuc rhythm. Just choose what is mostly suitable for you. 4. Follow a #training video. It can be demotivational to think about what to actually do during your #workout . Therefore find a video which you can simply follow - this might indeed mean to break the step2. In that case you have to be really stricked and not pay attention to messages, emails etc. Re Zuzi: sometimes our #smartbody signals that it is time for a #slowdown . If you #listentoyourbody you can easily determine it. And so I did over the last weekend. It is more than necessary to do some kind of #meditation . I believe there is no need to cross your legs, have your eyes closed and sing #ommmm . You can practise meditation in various ways, just ensure you are there for 5-10 or more minutes just for your own self. Not thinking about anything just listen to #soundsofnature , rhythm of your #breath , #silence ,whatever makes you feel #released . Défi de la semaine 2 : Pas de sucres ajoutés ! (Premier essai) . Concrètement, ça veut dire : chasser les sucres évidents, dans les friandises, les céréales au chocolat du matin... Mais aussi les cachés, dans les produits transformés salés par exemple : biscuits apéro, fajitas, sauce tomate... . Le bilan : c'est beaucoup plus difficile que ce qu'on pensait, et on s'est fait avoir 3 fois cette semaine : 1) Par un paquet de biscuits apéro "sains" 2) par du pain... 3) Du lait de riz / coco "sans sucres ajoutés". Il faut avoir l'oeil et se méfier de tous les produits industriels ! Défi à refaire... . L'idée de départ : on aimerait beaucoup diminuer notre impact sur l'environnement et avoir un mode de vie plus sain. Mais la liste de choses à faire est beaucoup trop longue... Et ça nous paraissait décourageant (et carrément irréaliste) d'essayer de tout faire en même temps !! Alors pour rendre la chose faisable et motivante, on a décidé de se créer une liste de petits défis environnementaux et santé, un par semaine, histoire de voir ce que ça donne ! . #defidelasemaine #healthyfood #nosugaradded #sanssucreajoute #challengeoftheweek #healthylifestyle #healthychallenge
