Lately a lot of people asked me if there is an exercise or which is the best to get bigger arms and biceps, while getting more strength, so there are lots of exercises you can do even just by bodyweight and calisthenics to build impressive arms volume (and functional strength), there is one in particular for biceps growth and size wihich is actually my really best and favourite: the pellican curls eccentrics. . Basically it's a curl done by using the your own body as weight, by extending shoulders, depressing your scapulas (not protracted but not too much even in an adduction), squeezing glutes and keeping core tight, leaning forward and creating in this way full body tension to take the most from each rep. . But why you should start doing pellican curls? . - you can easily scale up and down the intensity by changing the inclination angle of the body and the height of the rings/bar, ensuring absolute control over the progression by affecting the leverage. . - arms strength and bigger arms (which is not bad at all for calisthenics😉😄), mobility of shoulders and prevention of elbow/shoulder related injuries, since the biceps brachii and brachioradialis have a fundamental role in the function of the shoulder and the elbows . - adjust the volume as following: use eccentrics(only down) and hit the ROM for a total of 8-10 seconds (as showed in the video) foreach of 5 - 7 reps range, for a total of 5 - 6 sets, you'll get impressive results, I can assure you 👍🏼 . -concentrated work on bicep! great isolation. . train safetly and stay smart first, only then HARD, reject the DOGMAs and communicate with your body mass, not with the opinion of the masses.🙅🏻‍♂️ + follow @jackmonx lol . #workouttips #chest #calisthenicsmade #pushups #bodyweighttraining #calisthenicsworkout #calisthenicsathlete #vshape #shoulder #bulking #gymmotivation #chestday #chest #armsday #cutting #shoulders #bicepworkout #armsworkout #lifestyle
