Top 5 healthy fats! For years, people associated the word "fat" in regard to food as a direct correlation to fat on our bodies. This, of course, has been proven false and many fats are in fact very healthy. Here are 5 that you should definitely incorporate into your eating plan: 1. Natural Peanut butter. Was there any doubt here? Peanut butter is cheap (even organic), delicious, full of GOOD fats and high calorie for those bulking up. Did I mention it's delicious? Don't go overboard. I know it's tempting but keep your servings in check and savor 2-3 tablespoons before bed. PS- Peanut butter is delicious! 2. Salmon. Probably the best fish option of the bunch, both in taste and benefits. High in protein, too. 3. Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Olive oil is the best option for cooking, and extra virgin is the highest quality. Use this for most of your meals. (Coconut oil is a great option as well!) 4. Fish Oil. Fish oil can be taken in pill form and it's benefits are plentiful. From the heart to sight to aiding joints and recovery, you'll be glad you added it to your arsenal! 5. Nuts. Whether it's almonds (pictured), walnuts, pecans, pistachios or peanuts, nuts are the perfect snack food to get those fats in. These are also high in calories so keep your portions in line with your goals. These are all staples in my kitchen. Thank you to everyone who has supported me! This season is a wrap! Here's what's going through my brain today: All I can think about is how ridiculous it is that I am lucky enough to participate in something like bodybuilding. I've dropped a considerable amount of money to do this. I have no problem investing in the experiences that bring me joy force me to grow. That's money well-spent. I ended up somewhere between 6th and 8th place yesterday but I haven't cared about a placing or a trophy the entire time I've been involved with the sport. I've been hyper-aware of how fortunate someone has to be to pursue an endeavor like this while others are fighting to stay alive. This is not hard work, this is privilege. You won't hear me complain but I definitely don't express my gratitude enough.

Clean-bulk till next year 💪 ————————————— - This week I quit my job, and if everything goes according to plan, it will be my last job EVER! 💢 - You see, I know my path, finally, but many dont. I will share with you how I at least know what my authentic lifepath is. 😁 - I have always hated schooling, so I dropped out, I went for this job at the slaughter-house, which I have now quit, cuz I hate it. When looking at the big picture, its because I have always felt annoyed when people have told me what to do, when to do and how to do things etc. I dont like having to ask for permission for anything either. - I want to be in charge, make the moves, and do things my way. I want my efforts to equal my earnings, and just freedom more than anything. 🔱 - I opened my eyes for other opportunities, I stumbled apon the word entrepreneur, and got hooked instantly! Been studying forex trading for the past 3-4 months, because with that I will be able to work when and where I want! I will be moving to a tax-free country within the next 2 years, so that my money, keeps on being my fucking money 🔝💰 - This is only the beginning for me, I cant see exactly where I will be in 5 year, as you can with the education-system, which excites me and I love it, this is where I truly need to be. 😎 - Have there been people trying to talk me out of it, fuck yeah, many times, but I dont care, I know Imma impress them within long anyway. 😉 - Moral of the story, live the life of your wildest dreams, and dont listen to people who thinks they know whats best for you, only YOU know❗️💯 - Follow your gut and heart is the best advise for everyone! 🔑
