Via: @fitlifebybea Oii pessoal! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sexta-feira é dia de ficar com os amigos, e nada melhor que uma receitinha fácil, deliciosa e nutritiva para vocês fazerem juntos. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ E que tal uma Guacamole? Anota a receita ai. 🥑🍋🍅🥦 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🥑 Para a receita você vai precisar: 🔸 1 abacate médio 🔸 1 tomate médio 🔸 1/2 cebola 🔸 1 dente de alho 🔸 1 limão 🔸 1 colher de chá de azeite 🔸 Sal, salsinha e pimenta a gosto. ➡ Usei a pimenta "Biquinho" pq ela tem um gosto bem suave e eu não sou muito fã de coisa muito apimentada. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 📍 É bem simples, só você amassar o abacate, juntar com o tomate, cebola e alho já picados, espremer o limão e adicionar o azeite. Por último, só misturar. No vídeo ainda fiz umas "Mini Tapiocas" para acompanhar. Você só faz o formato redondinho numa frigideira e pronto. 😍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 🔈 Sei que ás vezes o abacate pode ser visto como vilão por conta da sua quantidade de calorias (mas aqui a gente pensa sempre "conte nutrientes e não calorias" certo?!), porém fazendo pesquisas é possível ver que a maior parte da gordura do abacate pode fazer muito bem para saúde se consumida de maneira balanceada. De acordo com estudos maior parte da gordura do alimento é monoinsaturada, o que ajuda a equilibrar os níveis de colesterol no sangue além de serem ricos em vitaminas E e C cujo são potentes antioxidantes que ajudam a promover a saúde dos dentes e das gengivas, e também protegem os tecidos do corpo de danos oxidativos. Als Mittagssnack gibt es bei mir heute die Weltbeste Dinkel-Haferflocken-Pizza :) Das Rezept für den Teig: 300g Dinkelvollkornmehl 100g gemahlene Haferflocken 125 ml (Hafer-) Milch 125 ml Wasser 1/2 Hefewürfel Etwas Salz Ein Schuss Olivenöl Alle Zutaten zu einem Teig vermengen und anschließend 20 gehen lassen. Dann nach Belieben belegen und bei 200 Grad für circa 20 Minuten in den Ofen. 💪🏼HOW TO GET BIGGER BICEPS!💪🏼 Of course being one of my favourite muscles to train, I need to know how to grow my biceps as much as possible! What I’m doing in the demonstration is while the wrist already being in supination, I then slightly bring the wrist back into extension on every rep. Surprise - our wrists actually like to be in this position, and is actually safer adding on the additional weight, rather than having our wrists in a neutral position. What tends to happen, as you’re curling, is when you get fatigued, your body will look for assistance elsewhere to lift the weight. That assistance mainly coming from the front delt AND your forearms and wrists. You’ll find yourself ‘curling’ with your wrists and forearms (being a much weaker muscle than the bicep) at the top of the rep, leading to sharp pains running down the forearm to the elbow, perhaps causing golfer’s elbow. Overall, the bicep will grow much more rapidly due to the weaker muscles not contributing to the curl... IT’S ALL BICEP! Start ‘showing off’ the biceps! The great thing is, try giving this tip a go on nearly all exercises that cause the bicep to be in supination - chin ups, spider curls, etc. If you’d like more advice/help to improve your biceps altogether, then feel free to get in touch. Anxiety is a bitch. —— A few years ago, it controlled my life. One little feeling of weight on my chest and I was in my bed or on the coach all day. I cried daily for what seemed like no reason at all. I was sleeping so much, but never felt rested. I worried about things that didn’t exist, and even if they did, they were out of my control. —— When I said YES to me and my health, I started to feel this weight be lifted off my. Spending 30 minutes a day focusing on myself, reading personal development and surrounding myself with a community that inspires me has helped me manage something that use to derail me. —— The past few days, anxiety hit me like a mack truck. —— But instead of me giving it the power it used to have over me, I decided to let myself feel the way I was feeling, but move forward and use the tools I have now to do so. I ate a good breakfast, I got my sweat on, and after my workout I felt this sense of peace, a sigh of relief... because today, anxiety didn’t win. —— I post this because I want you to know if you struggle with anxiety, you’re not alone and if you need permission to feel the feelings you feel right now, you have it.
