☆Recipe of the day☆ Blueberry Banana Bran Muffins Easy to make and ohhhh so delicious! Ingredients: -2 scoops Vanilla protein -1 cup wheat bran -1/4 cup coconut flour -1 cup unsweetened almond milk -1 large egg -4 egg whites-1 tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp salt -1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen -1/2 small banana -4 Blueberry Sky Flex Flavors (optional but adds a touch of sweetness without the sugar) -2 tbsp chia seeds Directions: Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. In a separate bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. Add liquid ingredients (milk and egg whites) and banana, gently stirring until mostly combined. Fold in blueberries, then pour batter in silicone muffin cups or regular muffin try, sprayed with non stick spray such as coconut oil..
