Düşük enerji düzeyi egzersiz nedenli menstrüel bozukluklar oluşturur. Hipoöstrojenemi (östrojen miktarının azalması) üremeyi baskılar, muskuloskeletal ve kardiyovasküler sağlığı negatif etkiler. Kemik stres yaralanmaları ve düşük mineral yoğunluğuna neden olur. Endokrin (iç salgı), gastrointestinal (mide-bağırsak), renal (böbrek) ve nöropsikiyatrik sistemlerde tıbbi komplikasyonlara neden olur.📌 Türkiye'de 307 kadın sporcu üzerinde yapılan bir çalışmada sporcuların %15.9'unda yeme bozukluğu, sporcuların %7.2'sinde primer ve %16.9'unda sekonder amenore(adet görememe), %16'sında geç menarş yaşı olduğu gösterilmiş ve sporcuların %19.6'sının stres kırığına veya düşük kemik mineral yoğunluğuna sahip oldukları bulunmuştur.📌Sonuç olarak kadınların spora katılım oranının hızla arttığı günümüzde kadın sporcuların problemlerinin önlenmesi için sporcu sağlığı ekibinden destek almalı ve gözden kaçabilecek problemlerin teşhisi konmalıdır. Tedavi ekibi içerisinde hekim, fizyoterapist, diyetisyen ve antrenörün olduğu multidisipliner bir ekip gerekmektedir ve tedavi kapsamlı olmalıdır. ✖ FOCUS ON: BACK PAIN ✖ Scans will almost always find something 🔍 but these findings are poorly linked with back pain 🤓 Most findings are common to people without back pain! The back is strong and robust- it is made to bend and to lift! 💪 The graph above ☝️ shows that almost 75% of people over 40 with no back pain will have signs of disc degeneration on scans! 🤷‍♂️
