Being strong is great, but if you can’t fully express that strength then you’re doing yourself an injustice. Yet all too often conditioning falls by the way side, perhaps because it’s not easy and it’s rarely pretty. We’ve found group condition work softens the blow. It’s still hard and gritty, but there is something about struggling through it together that makes it that bit easier. And that’s just another reason why our conditioning sessions are worth doing.

CheckOut: ➡️BACK AT IT AND IT FEELS SO DAMN GOOD!! 🦁😤🦁 I remained controlled on the hurdles since it was my first time doing them since my injury occurred. Same goes for the tire complex, I used a heavier tire this time so I was very careful with my transition from the pull/push/burpee. Strength/conditioning drill: 3 rounds: ➡️ 20 seconds trampoline sprints ➡️Lateral hurdles ➡️20 yards 135 lbs farmers walk ➡️10 Pull/Push burpee complex w/ 750 Tire These rounds do not include the warm up sets I did. I ran through the circuit 2 times at a slower pace prepping my body and knee especially for the movements.
