✨✨✨Week 3 Check In ✨✨✨ - I think it’s so neat how our body changes from day to day & week to week. This week was harder than the last two & it’s only going to progressively become more challenging as my girls & myself continue to get better & better! I think that’s what’s so exciting about committing to something. Whether it’s a program, self improvement, changing the way you do or see something. There’s these tiny wins along the way that keep you pushing towards your next tiny win until those tiny wins become one BIG win ☺️ - Currently eating 2150 calories... that’s all I’ve done differently. I decreased my calories by 50! Last night before bed I ate 2 tacos & enjoyed a Halo Top Ice Cream sundae topped with crushed Oreos & a fiber one Coffee Cake brownie for dessert 🍨 (not a “CHEAT” it fit my macros) - Life is all about balance & controlling the controllables. When you are able to SEE that literally nothing is off limits when it comes to getting in shape/weight loss/dieting & that you just need to be Mindful & Stick to the plan (your customized macros), doing what you need to do to get you there becomes easier & less overwhelming. - I remember when I couldn’t be bothered with tracking my food intake! But in order to take control of the results I wanted to get I needed to surrender to it & become knowledgeable about how to do it & take action! Now it’s like second nature to me. It’s just part of my daily habits & I don’t mind it at all. CONDITIONING DAY! • 10 reps of each exercise! Followed by 20 minute stair master! • This ones a burner! I videoed my last round and almost ate it doing the 180 jumps lol • Also waist bands are amazing especially if you’re like me and never sweat! I don’t leave the gym dry when I wear it.
