They can be used for conditioning or for incredibly tough core work. . 🙌🏼YES🙌🏼 The main point of focus is being in a good Plank position, keeping that pelvis tucked. Both speeds in the video are good depending on what you want . 😢NO😢 The place people go wrong is their hips being too high. The best option here is to either do way less reps and maintain a good position OR if you can’t maintain a good position then you have 2 options: 1️⃣Put your hands on a higher surface like a box or bench to reduce the load 2️⃣Use other exercises to build up your core strength & then come back to MC . ❤️If you’ve been doing them already make sure you’re doing them properly. Il est reconnu, maintenant, que le gainage est indispensable pour progresser en force et éviter les blessures. Le gainage abdominal se compose, pour l'avant, des 4 muscles abdominaux (grand droit, oblique interne et externe et le transverse) et pour l'arrière, des muscles spinaux (lombaires) qui sont les carrés des lombes, transversaires épineux et le long dorsal. Si le test de sorensen permet de "tester" les muscles extenseurs du dos (voir une publication précédente à propos de ce test), le test de shirado permet de tester les muscles flechisseurs du tronc. Le ratio des deux vous permettra de voir si votre tonus est correctement reparti entre les abdos et les lombaires (j'y reviendrai dans un autre poste). En attendant, vous pouvez vous tester en adoptant la même position que sur la photo et vous chronométrer en essayant de rester le plus longtemps possible dans cette position. Dès que la position est relâchée, le test s'arrête. OK, I’m very excited about this one. There are countless benefits to eccentric training which are too numerous to list here. The thing is that this workout combo is a double eccentric load for the lats among other muscles as well. Eccentric bent over row + prone roll out which also eccentrically loads the lats but in a more lengthened position. There are other ways to load the lats and most other muscle groups eccentrically with the freeFORM Board. Also note that the bend over row loads the posterior chain and the roll out loads the anterior chain. Fuel for the body... I have really cleared up my nutrition in recent weeks, yes I still have treats but 80% of the time I try to eat healthy and drink 2-3 litres of water per day. Alfie gets so focused when I go upside down and he just sits and looks at me. Well... this time was a bit different as moments after this video, I was fooling around trying to do the splits whilst upside down and I ended up falling almost into a bridge but also on our table...! Alfie freaked out and started crying as soon as I fell. He started sniffing me and licking my face. 😂 I was in pain but also laughing as I kept thinking that I’m almost 31 and had just fallen over a massive wooden table and scared my puppy. 😂 Ah well... I guess this is life! You fall down but you get back up and try your best and hope that your puppy is there to lick your face when you need it the most. 😁♥️
