They can be done on the Reformer or the mat. Why are bridges so amazing? It tightens your buns & legs. It improves posture. It decreases back pain. It enhances sports performance. It helps prevent knee pain and injury. It helps with scoliosis. It FEELS GOOD!! Magic Beans in a mug!

🎉NEW PB🏅🎉. . In March I tested my 1RM on my deadlifts, I hit 115kg but the form wasn’t so good and I wore a belt, plus I lifted with a mixed grip. Well, on Friday I lifted 120kg without any belt and with a hook grip! Attempted with 130kg too but I failed (swipe for it 👉🏼)😕. I’m totally satisfied with my progress.. my core has got stronger and my form improved so much!😍💪🏼 can’t wait to progress even more and go up to 150kg 🙏🏼🙌🏼. . . Sitting on the couch with fever today so no work and no training for me. Just couch and Netflix all day long!🤒😔 happy Tuesday!💙
