Com o ganho de massa magra, o percentual reduziu 3%, e agora estou com 12,5%. Verão chegando, calor, suor e desidratação.... Temos a incrível capacidade de mascarar o mecanismo da sede e, quando sentimos sede já estamos desidratados em aproximadamente 2%. O que isso significa? Bem, vamos aos cálculos: Para uma pessoa com 70kg que esteja desidratado em 2% teremos uma perda de 1400ml de água, sim quando você sente sede pode ter perdido mais de 1,5L de água. Sabendo que a água é o meio onde os processos químicos corporais ocorrem, inclusive seus objetivos de “perda” de gordura ou “ganho de massa muscular” você pode prejudicar esses processos e tantos outros. Segundo a nutrologa Luciana Carneiro, membro da Associação Brasileira de Nutrologia (ABRAN) e da Associação para Estudo da Obesidade e da Síndrome Metabólica (Abeso)"um adulto saudável pode tomar cerca de 35 ml de água por quilo de peso porém isso pode variar, dependendo do nível de atividade física, clima, dieta, estado geral de saúde, consumo de álcool, metabolismo, etc.. Então para essa mesma pessoa com 70kg cerca de 2,5L de água por dia seria uma quantidade razoável.. Para terminar, a Academia Americana de Medicina Esportiva (NASM) recomenda que bebamos entre 450 e 700 ml de líquido duas ou três horas antes do exercício. Fique ligado(a)! This year- year seven has been full of that and so much more. When the car accident first happened, I was so concerned about how my life would turn out. I worried about doing everyday things like doing my hair, painting my nails and tying my shoes. I was even worried that boys wouldn’t like and I would never find someone to be with. Now, ending year seven I continue to achieve what feels so impossible. I have spent many, many hours relearning simple tasks and even more hours tackling larger ones. But this past year, I decided to take on new challenges. Year seven was about self-improvement, perseverance, stepping out of my comfort zone and accepting the things in life I cannot change. I am still learning, I am still adapting and I am still getting frustrated. But I am happy and I am physically stronger now than I have ever been. Now starting year eight, I have an amazing man in my life (we are celebrating three AMAZING years in December), I am FINALLY ( six months in the making) using a barbell in the gym (thank you to the best coaches and best gym that has ever existed- Wrecking Crew Crossfit) and of course my countless family and friends that make life so fun! 🔥😵🍑 Tre gode øvelser for sidene av rumpa. Når vi tar et steg frem (går/løper), så må man en kort stund balansere på er ben. Da er disse musklenes funksjon å hjelpe til meg stabilisering av bekkenet. Er disse svake kan det bl annet gi plager i hofter, knær, ankler og rygg. Her kjørte jeg alle tre øvelsene rett etter hverandre 10-12 reps pr ben x3 runder. Fokuser på å jobbe knærne mot strikken/ ut mot sidene hele tiden. #brantavmegrumpa #au 🔥

Prancha o que dizer sobre ela em? Eu particulamente adoro fazer e tambem prescrever para alunos! É um exercicio bastante completo no qual Trabalhamos o CORE' (centro do corpo), ativando musculaturas do abdomen, paravertebrais(lombar) e pelve. A região do Core é sempre utilizada em qualquer atividade diaria, desde caminhar , sentar e praticar exercicios. A prancha é um excelente exercicio para quem apresenta hérnia de disco , pois normalmente a hérnia é desenvolvida por fraqueza muscular e falta de mobilidade nesta região. Nesta foto estou trabalhando uma variação deste exercicio com Bola e Bozu , para causar desequilibrio e aumentar a contração no Core! E um recado ! When I first started this uni semester I told you all that I’d make minimal equipment/outside of gym typa workouts... which didn’t exactly happen cause I’ve been busier than expected 🤷🏼‍♀️ but I’ve finally gotten round to it and I promise you I’ll keep em coming! Cause when your a student is not exactly easy or affordable to go to the gym, but it’s important to know that exercise doesn’t mean only going to the gym!!! Exercise is unique to everyone, so wether you love running, yoga, swimming or shifting weights, the key is just get your body moving by doing something you ENJOY! ✨ . Today we have a simple LOWER BODY workout, it can be done anywhere as long as you’ve got a bench or a step of some kind! ▶️Complete 3-4 rounds, working for 45seconds and having a 15second rest in between. •Bulgarian split squat with a pulse •Curtsy lunge + wide & narrow jump squats •Step up with knee raise •Jump lunges •Hip thrusts . Side note- anyone else’s pupper enjoy watching them/try and join in on the workout?🐶😂
