Just two months ago I asked y’all for some love and support while I embarked on my fitness journey. Thank you for giving me just that! It’s safe to say I have ZERO regrets about it ☺️🙈💪🏼

Let me tell you something.....I haven’t seen my abs in 4 years! I got myself back into fitness in hopes of getting my mind right. It has done so much more than that in just two short months. The mental and emotional growth I’ve experienced have been life changing, every day I challenge myself and I never want to experience anything less than that. Being the best version of me means being confident and happy with who I am on a daily basis. Everyday is a new challenge for me and my progress has been slow and steady. If you’re struggling with yourself right now then I encourage you to find something that makes you feel confident and beautiful and just dive into it! I had such an awesome opportunity earlier this week. I got to talk business strategies with some pretty cool chicks! Goals were made and goals were CRUSHED this week! So proud of these beautiful ladies and happy to have them by my side. Who else loves breakfast sandwiches? 🙋🏻‍♀️🥪 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ When I was in college I used to eat a sausage egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel at least 3x a week from my favorite local bagel place. Oh my god those sandwiches were and are still so delicious 🤤 but when I realized that I needed to make new eating and lifestyle habits, I knew that I was going to have to cut out those multiple bagel runs to just a treat once in a blue moon. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve always loved cooking (duh I’m a foodie) and this was the perfect opportunity to get creative. I vowed to myself that if I’m going to make lifestyle changes, I’m still going to eat good (but nutritious) food 🙌🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Today is going to be filled with packing and moving things out of the apartment, so good FFCs (fiber filled carbs) are necessary to get my energy going!

Not only does this dress fit for the first time in three or four years, I actually have a waist and hips… I always wore cardigans that went to or passed my butt, because I was uncomfortable with my shape. Even though I travel from province to province I’m still getting my workout in . Having a gym membership would clearly not work for me 🤣 It would become VERY expensive and inconvenient . Having my workouts at my fingertips is hands down the best thing!! . I know it can be hard to stay consistent with a routine when you’re not in your normal surroundings. . I think that’s how it’s easy to fall off the wagon and hard to get back on..... because you are starting and stopping. . But seriously for .27 a day you can stay on track and take your workouts with you. That’s only part of it.... you get soooo much more!! Guys, I would be lying to you if I said that I actually wanted to workout today... 🤣 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This past weekend was filled with treats for my birthday and graduation and this Friday I move out of CT and back to MA, so needless to say, it’s been a crazy week. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Sometimes I catch myself falling back into old bad habits of “giving up”. When that happens I need to remind myself as to why I started this journey. It’s more than just the physical appearance, it’s how I feel inside as well. Once I press play and get my sweat on, I feel strong, determined and the kick ass version of myself that I know is in there. I even got myself to do a “real” push-up today. Was it perfect? Hell no. If you think the program I do means you can’t have icecream and pizza, you’re wrong. 😋 . . I would hate giving up the things I love. Now, I have them, but in moderation. The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person's determination. . I’ve been in such a great roll staying on track that I was determined to make time for my workout before I catch my flight later today. .
