Another great workout! This is my modified version of #mbt2. Due to time restrictions, to use my time wisely I often will do cardio in between my sets. Shown my favorite is jumping rope but also could do burpees, jumping jacks, etc. This not only helps keeps my heart rate up and improve cardiovascular endurance it also helps burn extra calories/promote some fat burning! This goes to show that you don’t need a crazy surplus to add weight/muscle. 💪. My starting weight was 11st. 1lbs at the start of August. This shows a steady increase in my weight over a couple of weeks, but my surplus over a week has averaged around 150 calories a day above maintenance. Really feel it has helped minimise the amount of fat I’ve gained. I’m always tracking my progress in many ways, this is just one.
