Creamy Lentil & Mushroom Pasta by 💛 Recipe:⠀ ⠀ Ingredients:⠀ Approx 250g of your fave pasta, cooked via packet instructions⠀ 2 tbsp vegan butter⠀ 1 red onion, finely chopped⠀ 2 cloves garlic, minced⠀ 2-3 cups button mushrooms, sliced⠀ 1 can lentils, drained⠀ 1/2 cup hemp seeds⠀ 1/2 cup veggie stock⠀ 1/2 cup tahini ⠀ 1/2 cup coconut milk⠀ 1 tsp salt⠀ 1/4 tsp black pepper ⠀ 1 tbsp onion powder⠀ 1 tbsp maple syrup or coconut nectar⠀ Juice 1/2 lemon⠀ ⠀ Parsley to garnish ⠀ 1 tsp hemp oil to garnish⠀ ⠀ How To Make:⠀ 1. Sauté the onion in vegan butter until translucent.⠀ ⠀ 2. Add the garlic & onion to the pan and sauté until mushrooms are golden brown.⠀ ⠀ 3. Add the lentils, hemp seed, veggie stock, coconut cream, tahini, salt, onion powder, pepper, maple & lemon. Stir until well combined.⠀ ⠀ 4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir until well combined. Was ein Tag gestern...🙈 Mein ganzer Arbeitstag war lahm gelegt, nachdem sich mein Blog zerschossen hat und nichts mehr ging. Ich konnte auf keine Daten mehr zugreifen und bin kurz in Panik verfallen. Wer würde das nicht, denn es stecken mittlerweile einige Jahre an Arbeit darin. Normalerweise versuche ich immer Dinge erst einmal selbst zu regeln, aber um meine Nerven zu schonen, hab ich tatsächlich dieses Mal gleich um Hilfe gebeten und einen Profi angeheuert. In weniger als 2 Stunden hat alles wieder funktioniert und ich war mega happy. Man kann schließlich nicht alles und wenn ich alleine versucht hätte das zu regeln, wären so viel Zeit, Nerven und auch meine gute Laune dahin gegangen. Mittlerweile tue ich mir das selbst nicht mehr an und kann Arbeit gut abgeben an diejenigen, die es einfach besser und schneller können. Wie sieht das bei euch aus? Erst mal selbst schauen oder gleich um Hilfe bitten? We can’t have the snacks at most of the places we go. It’s hard for a toddler with food sensitivities or allergies because they just don’t understand why everyone else gets cake or ice cream while they can’t. I try to make snacks to bring for Rebel, but sometimes I just don’t have the time or forget to make something. On the bright side, there are some awesome brands making snacks that are healthier and gluten and dairy free. It’s fun being able to actually say yes when your toddler asks you if they can have a cookie. 🍪

🥞Vegan 3 ingredients Pancakes 🥞 ➖ 1 banana 🍌 ➖3/4 cup oats 🥣 * blend to make oat flour ➖1 cup almond milk 🥛 ➖ I also add cinnamon 😉 🌻Method 🌻 1️⃣ Heat pan on high 2️⃣ Blend oats into flour 3️⃣ Combine everything into a blender 4️⃣ Blend together and let it sit for a couple of minutes to thicken 5️⃣ Lower the heat of the pan 6️⃣ Now your ready to cook some yummy pancakes 🙌🏽 Makes 3-4 pancakes Hope you enjoy 😉 Weekly recipes coming💕

Asian style chick’n fried rice @gardein 🥦🍚🥢 Thank fuck for meals that are healthy af, thank fuck for meals that just let me chuck it all in one pot, thank fuck for meals that take 10mins, thank fuck for this meal because my depressed ass couldn’t handle cooking. Can say it is absolutely scrumptious and tastes just like takeaway fried rice but obviously so much better!! Got this at Smithyy.
