PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD 🏋🏽‍♀️ This is the type of training I’ve been doing recently and it basically consists of upping either your weights or reps each week in order to maximise strength and muscle growth. For me this has been the most effective method for growing my glutes in particular as you are constantly making sure to challenge you body. I used to just try remember my reps and weight but it’s been so beneficial recently to record them in a notebook so I can visualise my progress.

Tak dneska 24.6.18 kdy uz to je skoro 5let mám z tohodle místa 600 vstupů nepočítaje nemoci a jiný fitka.25kg těžší a minimálně 2x silnější. Heaviest deadlift since I got injured 6 weeks ago, 270kg. Form is ok, speed is not. Still gotta be careful! I can't wear my belt yet because of the pressure. Finished with 230x5x3. How can deadlifts help resolve your constipation, sluggish digestion and hormonal imbalance issues? ## They turn on and strengthen the butt, help you neutralize your pelvic position, and practice stacked alignment. ## Changing how you position your body in a routine basis can help create space for your organs and improved breathing. It can also help improve digestion and make it easier for the body to routinely excrete waste! ## When waste sticks around in the intestines and colon for too long, we feel terrible and bloated, toxins and used hormones get reabsorbed and put back into circulation and the water content of our stools gets all jacked up. ## Dietary changes like increasing fiber intake, recolonizing the gut with good bugs (Bifidobacterium is great for this!) and removing gut irritants from the diet, will also help! ## But on a strictly mechanical level, movement and strength training can re-position the pelvis to make the elimination process easier as well!! ## So do your deadlifts. Build your butt. Change your pelvic position.
