I have never thought about it this way... I have never followed any strict meal diet, but... I did follow vegan diet for few months looking for changes in my body, then - I did the same with paleo diet which I enjoyed a ton. Now I do eat any foods, but I really know(or I think I do) how to count calories and adjust my food/portions. I eat much more veggies and protein, but less complex carbs than 2 years before. And not affraid of word 'fat' as well!! Even though, I still need more discipline... Jadi gini, dulu sebelum nikah 46kg itu berisi , beda dengan 46kg sekarang, (setelah 3x melahirkan) soalnya TB 155cm memang idealnya diangka segitu Tahun lalu,sempat di angka segitu tapi koq rasa nya kekurusan yah?
