Biz döşeme yapıcaksak genelde kara lahanayı önceden ince ince doğrayıp sapları yumuşayana kadar haşladıktan sonra buzlukta yemeklik yemeklik ayarlıyoruz. Hatta haşlanınca daha az yer kaplıyo biz ortalama 2 avuç kadarını yemeklik ayırıyoruz. Bu arada bunları annem haşlamıştı ve az haşlamıştı ama buda pişerken baya yumuşamıştı ve çok güzel. Devamında 1-1,5 yk bulgur ekliyoruz ve göz kararı yine buzluk ganimeti mısır ekliyoruz, aynı şekilde buzluk ganimeti barbunya da ekledikten sonra pul biber (tercihe göre) ve tuz ekleyip pişmeye bırakıyoruz. Pişmesine yakın da 1 domatesi ekledik mii tadından parmakları bile yedirtiyor😌 SERVİS ÖNERİSİ: Mutlakaaa ama mutlaka mısır ekmeğiyle yiyin. Biz bazen yapıyoruz bu sefer fırsat olmadı. Orduya gidince bunun çorba tarifini de vereceğim o daha başka çok başka... Bu arada mısır ekmeğini lütfen evde kendiniz yapın çünkü gerçekten fırında satılandan alakasız😁 Bide yaparsanız benim için o mısır ekmeğini sadece yoğurtla yiyiin🤤🤤

Drizzle with 1/4 cup olive oil. 2. yogurt sauce: combine 1 cup plain greek yogurt, 2 tbs lemon juice 1-2 cloves garlic and a pinch of pepper in a bowl. 3. grill: Heat your grill (grab the skillet + oven directions on the blog) to medium high heat. Grill the salmon, skin side down. Cover and cook until skin is lightly charred, 4-5 minutes, carefully flip and grill another 3-4 minutes. 4. salad: add the 1/2 cup chopped basil, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, 1/3 cup olive oil, 1 tbs lemon juice, 1 tbs chives, and a pinch each of crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to a large serving bowl.
