TBT🤭. . The side that a lot haven’t seen. This was about a month after recovering from hernia repair surgery Jan of 2018. Just last year 😱. So anyone who’s undergone a c-section or hernia repair knows that it leaves a lot of stress on the body. I couldn’t snap back into fitness. It really took me a while to find my passion for it. I know it would have been easier to give up and not try to strengthen my core after undergoing surgery but instead I allowed myself to fully recover. I started strengthening my mind first. After getting my mind right and strong then I started training to get stronger. I wasn’t focused on building my butt I just wanted to become stronger. .
