Back in stock and we just ordered! Really excited to try this performance focused non stimulate pre-workout. 8g of Citrulline Malate and 5g of Hydromax among plenty other blood flow agents. Check out @mariereereeree ‘s story of transformation *************************************** . I didn’t always love myself. I certainly never saw myself as beautiful. In fact, i used to be so ashamed of myself that I have very few pictures of my past. . Yes, I used to weigh 277 pounds, and yes, I’ve lost more than 130 pounds. But the weight loss is not my story, the internal change is my story. . You see, initially I lost a lot of weight out of beating myself into submission, self hate, and toxic self abusive habits. I would do ANYTHING to lose weight out of the intense longing to feel “normal” and be loved. I hated my life as i lost weight. I was miserable. And because of my internal struggle, i was vulnerable to other toxic people (which added more years of heart ache) I lost weight and gained weight over and over, a continual, never ending struggle. I even went into a life threatening eating disorder. My body changed, but i did not reflect health or joy. UNTIL I let go of the outside and focused inwardly. When I truly learned my worth, value, purpose, and how truly powerful I am, then I slowly began to build a loving relationship with myself. Out of inner healing, was I able to let go of food and body obsession, and truly live freely. Free of chronic dieting, FREE to LOVE fitness, and free to know my unconditional worth. My body began automatically changing even MORE to match my true inside beauty, more than I could’ve ever forced it to through body hate. . My journey has lead me to helping others uncage themselves of any body hate, shame, struggle.. while loving themselves into true health and life, letting their outside reflect their inside. I’m an eating psychology coach and certified yoga Instructor, and blend my experience and knowledge into a full package wholeness experience to freedom. @mariereereeree .
