BACK TRANSFORMATION UPDATE!! • At 267.4lbs, my spine was being drudged in my lower back. I had a deep “hole” in my lower back that was about 2” deep. I was achy all the time, saying “I must’ve slept funny”. If only I had been honest with myself. My spine not only thanked me and straightened out with weight loss, but I actually got back to my natural height! When I was at my highest weight, I had “shrunk down” to about 5’6”. I am now again 5’8”!! The changes your body goes through aren’t just about the numbers on the scale! • My spine is majorly thanking me for getting all that pressure off of it, and I’m thankful for less pain, and less back fat! (Who likes that right?) • Today I did an awesome back and biceps workout, and I’m really working on toning my back for my wedding! I also and working on strengthening my lower back to help with leg day and other exercises!
