Early sweat session with @fhit_farouk and @kendall_janicola @fhittingroom this morning. The past couple of weeks I’ve noticed that I both get to and leave my am workouts in the dark. A bit cray I know. On another note, my workout was ok, but not great. I felt sluggish and got a bit dizzy at the end there, so I opted to plank out for the last 90 seconds. Good to know I held on to my gains from the challenge I did a while back. Also enjoyed some box jumps which I haven’t done in quite a while. I used to be afraid to do them when I started there b/c I have a wonky left knee. GO ME!!! 😂 Happy Monday #fitfam! I hope you find a “go me” moment today. You don’t need a ton of machines and equipment to get a good workout. On a beautiful day when you are having trouble finding the inspiration to get to the gym, walk outside and find your inspiration in nature. Take a walk and throw in lunges and squats or go out to your backyard and crank out some jump squats and incline push-ups. Regardless, why pay money for a gym that relies on a treadmill? At AFC, we use free weights and body weight exercises to build strength and endurance.
