Pattagobi Matar Subzi | Cabbage Peas Dry Curry | BandGobi Matar Ingredients Vegetable Oil, 2 teaspoons Mustard seeds, 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon Onion, 1 large, chopped Green Chilli, 1, chopped Tomato, 1 mid sized, chopped Turmeric Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste Cabbage, 200 gms, chopped Green Peas, 100 gm Preparation Add vegetable oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion, chilli in the pan and fry till the onions turn golden brown. Add tomato, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt to taste, and stir. Add cabbage & peas, and mix well. Coffee flavoured OATS & PEANUTS BLISS BALLS...Am not a heavy tea or coffee person, but a steaming cup of tea is what I wake up to in the morning. 🌱 Occasional South Indian filter coffee makes me very happy. But I enjoy coffee-flavoured anything very much, be it ice-creams, cakes, cookies, smoothies, desserts, etc etc. Hence, making these Bliss balls with coffee flavour was on my hit list for quite sometime. ✨Recipe✨ Yields about 25 balls Ingredients 🌱 2 cups medjool dates or any soft variety dates 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup oats flour(Just powder the oats in a mixer) 1 Tbsp instant coffee granules Pinch of salt 1/2 cup jumbo rolled oats 1/2 cup dry roasted and unsalted peanut, crushed coarsely Method♨️ 🔸Place the dates in a food processor and pulse to break down to bits. 🔸Add peanut butter, oats flour, coffee granules and salt. Pulse to make a uniform mixture. 🔸Transfer the mixture to a large bowl, tip in whole oats and peanut bits. Give a good mix. Make even sized balls. Coffee flavoured Bliss balls are ready to be hogged🤗🤗🤗 🔹Note🔹 🔹Skip the salt if peanut butter has added salt in it. 🔹The balls keep fresh for upto 2 weeks. . . . #foodphotography#foodpic#foodstyling

Donuts?!! 💁‍♀️🍩 Well...sorta kinda 🤓 I just used my French Teacake recipe - Baking Circle in highlights people!! 👌- and scooped the mixture into little muffiny tart tins, bake only about 10 minutes and once baked brush with melted butter and dip/sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mix 🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️🤸‍♂️ They are so yummmmmmy!! And heaps healthier than the normal deep fried kind 💅 Only issue I had with them was I should have doubled the recipe coz they may not last even 24 hours 😳🐷 As usual PLEASE let me know if you try as I LOVE hearing/seeing you play with my recipes! Selamat siang....☀️🌻 Kali ini aku mau share resep basic buat tortilla atau kulit kebab. Ini bahannya minimalis dan gampang buatnya, tinggal kreatifitas masing2 untuk isiannya😊 klo kali ini aku bikin Chicken Cheese Wrap untuk bekal sekolah... Okeey berikut resep dan cara buatnya 😊 Bahan2 & Cara membuat: 500gr Tepung terigu protein sedang 2 Sdt Baking Powder 1 Sdt Garam Ayak dan sisihkan, 100gr margarin (saya pakai Blueband) campur dengan tepung dan aduk rata lalu tambahkan air 250ml tuang perlahan, lalu uleni sampai kalis. Tidak perlu terlalu lama asal sudah kalis sisihkan dan tutup dengan plastik wrap diamkan selama 20 menit. Setelah didiamkan bagi adonan menjadi 8 bagian dan gilas dengan roll pin sampai ketebalan yg diinginkan dan cetak menggunakan piring lalu sisihkan, lakukan hal ini berulang sampai adonan habis. Note: - Beri plastik wrap pada tiap lembar tortilla agar tidak menempel satu dng yg lain. - Masak tortilla di pan anti lengket dengan api kecil supaya tidak gosong dan kering, balik2 tortilla saat memasaknya. - Adonan ini menghasilkan kurleb 12 lembar kulit tortilla ukuran sedang (aku cetak pakai piring plastik Ikea diameter 19cm) - Kulit tortilla bisa disimpan di freezer hingga 1bln #easyrecipes #resep #kulittortilla #homemade #kulitkebab

Did you know the best Ratatouille is made in a #crockpot ? 👉 Well, yes, it enhances flavor, and may even enrich nutrition because it's cooked on a lower heat than in the oven 👈 ______________________________________________ Try it yourself, I'll leave you my version of Ratatouille 😏 makes 4 servings ☝️ INGREDIENTS: 1 Tbsp olive oil 1 can (250g/8oz.) chopped tomatoes 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 garlic cloves minced 1 Tbsp Italian spices 1 large red onion 1 medium eggplant 1 white eggplant (optional) 1 medium zucchini 2 red potatoes 3 sweet peppers different colors 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan A pinch of fresh thyme Salt & pepper to taste ☝️ INSTRUCTIONS: Slice all veggies using a mandoline. You can also slice them with a sharp knife, but a mandoline will make even and thin slices. Place the chopped tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, garlic and Italian spices in the slow cooker.  Season generously with salt and pepper, and mix to combine. Add half of the grated parmesan. Layer the sliced veggies on top. Make a spiral-shaped stack of veggies, then drizzle olive oil. (NOTES - The best way to make the spiral, is to pick each veggie slice and build a small stack in your hand. Then place it into the slow cooker following its edges all the way around.) Add in the remaining parmesan. Season to your taste and sprinkle fresh thyme. Oven fried chicken As promised, here is something decadent. I wanted to make fried chicken but I felt too much guilt at the thought of dunking these in a pot of oil. Yes, contrary to the shape of my body, I do draw the line at some things 😆 So here is a much healthier version of fried chicken. Oven fried chicken yo! Give it a try 🤗 Serves 3 6 chicken thighs (skin on) (drumsticks will work too) 2 tbsp of garlic powder 2 tbsp of salt 2 tbsp of hot paprika 1 cup of all purpose flour (whole-wheat flour can be used too) 2 tbsp of olive/coconut oil 1. Preheat your oven for 15 minutes on 250 C. 2. Wash the chicken and add it to a large bowl with ONE table spoon each of the above ingredients (except the flour). Mix well until the the pieces are coated. 3. Add the flour to a large zip lock bag or to another large bowl along with the balance salt, garlic powder and paprika. Mix well. 4. Add the chicken into the bag/bowl with the flour and shake/mix well until all the pieces are covered with the flour mixture. 5. Line a baking tray with foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking tray. Spray or brush the wire rack with oil. 6. Place the chicken on the rack and brush each piece with oil or melted butter. Bake at 250 C for 45-50 minutes. Say hello to my Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie 😜 . . This smoothie will sort your chocolate cravings right out. I’ve never been the biggest fan of peanut butter (shock horror) but it works really well with chocolate. The avocado and frozen banana give this smoothie a creamy texture. I’ve used a medjool date and cinnamon to sweeten it, and a little sea salt to bring out the chocolate flavour. It’s a thick smoothie so you may prefer sprinkling over some crunchy cacao nibs and eating it with a spoon. Recipe for 1 below ⬇️⬇️⬇️ . ✖️1 frozen banana ✖️Half an avocado ✖️2 tbsp cacao powder ✖️250-300ml any milk ✖️1 medjool date ✖️1 tbsp peanut or almond butter ✖️1/2 tsp cinnamon ✖️1 tsp ground flaxseed ✖️Pinch of sea salt ✖️1 tsp vanilla (optional) . 1️⃣ Add all of the ingredients to a blender and whiz for 20 seconds until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick add a little more milk, or if it’s not sweet enough you can add another date or some maple syrup. You can also add a handful of ice so it’s chilled and ready to drink. What’s better than a slice OR some licorice allsorts? A slice AND some licorice allsorts 😍😍😍 LICORICE ALLSORT SLICE • 125 g butter, chopped • 2/3 cup (160g) sweetened condensed milk • 1 tbs golden syrup • 250 g packet plain sweet biscuits, crushed (like Arnotts Marie) • 1/2 cup (40g) desiccated coconut • 375 g packet licorice allsorts, coarsely chopped • 200 g milk chocolate, chopped • 30 g vegetable oil (or coconut oil) Method - 1 Line and grease a 18 x 32cm slice tray with baking paper and set aside. 
2 Combine the butter, sweetened condensed milk and golden syrup in a microwave-safe bowl and melt on 50% power, 3-4 minutes, or until melted. 
3 Add the crushed biscuits, coconut and licorice allsorts and stir until just combined.
4 Press the mixture into the base of the prepared pan and set aside for 30 minutes to set. 5 Place the milk chocolate and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe and melt on 50% power, 3-4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until just melted.  6 Pour the melted chocolate over the slice and place into the fridge to set. . . . .
