Here is a movement I like to do for my chest to get a really good pump. This movement I can really feel. As you will notice with a lot of my training, I got this from John Meadows. I will always give credit where credit is due, I have learned a lot of great things from his training programs. This is on the flat bench, you pause 3 inches above your chest on the way down and then finish the movement. This gets my chest so pumped and full of blood. Great to throw in every now and then! Something kinda funny happened today while training, not funny like haha but something that made me reflect a little. I was incline benching 225, the gym was completely empty (what I love about this new gym I have been going to). I needed a spot and the gym was completely empty except two teenagers. So I ask them to spot me.. Mind you, I am only benching 225 not a lot by any means as many of you guys that I interact with are top local or national level bodybuilders and can move a lot more weight. I do my set and thank them and they both said "woah that was crazy!!" I laugh to myself and say you will both be able to do this someday. What I am getting at is in this day and age of social media we constantly find ourselves (especially in the fitness world) comparing ourselves to others. In my head I may feel like wow it's gonna take forever to catch up to so-and-so or to move this much weight, etc. But in the grand scheme of things I thought back to my early days in the gym when I couldn't even bench 95 pounds and was too embarrassed to ask for a spotter because I would look really weak failing with such light weight. When thinking your progress is slow, or you could be better. Think back to where you first started. Hälst du es eine Stunde, wird dein Arm anfangen wehzutun. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Hälst du es den ganzen Tag, wird dein Arm taub und die Schmerzen werden von deinem Arm durch deinen ganzen Körper wandern & dich irgendwann vollständig außer Gefecht setzen. 😟 Ob eine Minute, eine Stunde oder einen Tag, das Gewicht des Glases bleibt dabei immer gleich. ☝🏼😌 Aber je länger du es hälst, desto schwerer wird es. . Genau so ist es mit unseren Sorgen. 🙏🏼 All die negativen Gedanken, die unser tägliches Stresslevel in die Höhe treiben, sind wie dieses Glas. Es ist doch so: Denkst du nur ganz kurz an deine Sorgen, passiert nicht viel. Denkst du etwas länger an sie, fangen sie schon an, dir Kopfschmerzen zu bereiten ☹️ & denkst du schließlich den ganzen Tag an nichts anderes als an deine Sorgen, wirst du dich wie gelähmt fühlen & nichts mehr auf die Reihe bekommen. 😣🤦🏼‍♀️ Dann haben deine Sorgen die Kontrolle über deine Gedanken 💭 übernommen - Game Over! Set a timer on your phone at least once an hour to walk around, stretch, or get your blood flowing in some way. You'll definitely be more productive!⁣ ⁣ ⁣ ⭐️ drink more water⁣ ⁣ Our body is made up of 60 - 75% water, so having too little can really affect how we feel. Ladies, work up to at least 2 liters a day!⁣ 💦 ⁣ ⁣ ⭐️ focus on sleep and rest⁣ 😴 ⁣ Check in with not only how much you're sleeping but also the quality of it! I love using the Sleep Cycle app on iOS to help me with seeing what helps and hurts my sleep ✨ ⁣ ⁣ ⭐️ check your sugar intake⁣ ⁣ Start reading labels and being aware of how much sugar you have throughout the day. You'd be surprised on how quickly it can add up! How much are we reeeeally having, and how can we reduce it or find a healthier alternative to it?⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Which one of these will you focus on this week to feel more energized? 🤗👇🏼

Day 12 #keto #whole30 #candidadiet * So hungry today. * Whipped up a quick cauliflower fried rice when I got home. All I had was a cauliflower/sweet potato blend. I guess this will be my carb up. Though seriously, if I hadn't been so hungry I wouldn't have eaten the sweet potato mix. Hopefully, I will be okay with. * I'm being so very careful not to eat any vegetables that have any substantial carbs and sugar content that can cause a flare up. * Rotisserie chicken and a side of kale to round it out. * Finishing it off with a liter of orange vanilla Polar seltzer. * This isn't as horrible as I thought it would be. The first week was a little rough. This week I've had good energy, definitely thinking clearer, feeling well overall. Oh, and sleeping like a baby. * Anyone else have #ketoflu issues?

Utilizzare una casseruola da 12/14cm.
