Dann packte mich heute morgen die spontane Lust, nachdem ich beim @rewe - "City" ums Eck entdeckte, dass dieser einmalig Maultaschenfleischkäse im Sortiment hatte und die gute Verkäuferin hinter der Fleischtheke auf die Frage, seit wann es hier Maultaschenfleischkäse gäbe, nur meinte, er sei im Angebot und wenn er weg sei, sei er weg! Ich hatte also mal wieder Glück und war schnell genug, mir eine Scheibe zu gönnen, um damit ein weiteres Pferd für den Rennstall oder besser Renns-"till" hinzufügen zu können. Zugegeben der Wortwitz fällt mir grad spontan ein und er ist echt unlustig. Ich wette, es haben trotzdem ein paar gelacht. Ob dieser Fleischkäs' so gut ist wie der vom @edeka in Flehingen, kann ich erst nach dem Verzehr sagen. Schnell noch das Brötchen ein bisschen mit Senf, Ketchup und Röstzwiebeln gepimped, dann kommt hoffentlich ne #geschmacksgranate raus! We'll see! I debated whether I’d jump on the #10yearchallenge bandwagon - and have decided to go for it. This one is dedicated to the “older” age group. Many people have looked at me strangely when I said I’ve started @spartan races and I’ve been asked whether it’s the result of some sort of mid life crisis. There seems to be an unspoken consensus that, once you hit a certain age, you’re not supposed to push yourself anymore and that you should accept an unhealthy and sedentary lifestyle. I find that sentiment amusing and frustrating in equal measure. Amusing because in my 40s I’ve felt the best I’ve ever felt. Frustrating because absolutely anyone could feel the same way if they didn’t fall into the trap of thinking they are too old. I’d like this photo to emphasize a simple but important point. We get old and unhealthy because we don’t give our bodies the opportunity to flourish. In the 10 years between these photos I have chosen to to nourish my body with foods that it needs. I still have my days of binging on sweet treats but I’ve adopted lifestyle changes which have benefited me greatly. 1. I see food as fuel and choose accordingly. So that means lots of plants and much less processed food. 2. I prioritize health & exercise. Work and/or life isn’t an excuse to be lazy. If your job demands you push your health down your list of priorities then you need to consider what’s most important to you. 3. I incorporate changes into my lifestyle rather than setting short term targets. Diets don’t work but committing to one small change over the longer term does work. I’d like to think that someone, somewhere who has passed the 40yr mark would read this and feel inspired to change. Aujourd'hui je fais le plein de vitamines avec trois agrumes différents en entrée, plat et dessert : citron bergamote, citron jaune et pamplemousse. Je ne savais pas trop comment utiliser le citron bergamote à part pour son zeste mais finalement dans le houmous il apporte une saveur délicatement parfumée et fleurie très agréable. J'ai testé hier une méthode de cuisson de Jamie Oliver, hyper rapide qui consiste à mélanger petits pois et semoule puis ajouter l'eau bouillante sur l'ensemble. Un gain de temps et d'eau ! Dans mon bento du jour : 📍Mâche, potimarron, noix de pécan, sel d'érable et vinaigrette au sirop d'érable 📍Houmous de potimarron et citron bergamote, fleurs séchées 📍Couscous aux petits pois, menthe et citron, brochettes de poulet au citron confit, sauce yaourt à la menthe 📍Suprêmes de pamplemousse et menthe

Wszyscy znamy zasadę niekupowania niczego na zapas. Ale czasem coś pilnego w tygodniu wypadnie - trzeba zjeść na mieście, a warzywa czekają... Po dwóch tygodniach otwieramy lodówkę, a tam vanitas vanitatum. Do tego jeszcze jakiś przeterminowany jogurt. Et omnia vanitas. Każdy to kiedyś przerobił. Marnowanie jedzenia jest mega frustrujące, ale całkiem nieźle można sobie z tym radzić. Gdy połówki warzyw, które miały być pokrojone w plasterki do kanapek okazują się być do zjedzenia na "już", robię sobie z nich przekąskę między posiłkami albo zużywam je do sałatki. Ale są warzywa, za którymi w formie surowej nie przepadam. Dziś postanowiłam zrobić z nich placki na kolację. Ponieważ tłuszcz i produkty sypkie (mąka, przyprawy) mam w domu zawsze, sprawa jest bardzo prosta i szybka. Małą cukinię i pół marchewki starłam na dużych oczkach. Dodałam 2 łyżki mąki orkiszowej łyżkę mąki ryżowej, łyżkę masła migdałowego, sól, pieprz, czosnek i zioła. Wymieszałam. Na patelni rozgrzałam olej rzepakowy. Nałożyłam placki. Smażyłam z dwóch stron do przyrumienienia. Położyłam na ręczniku papierowym, żeby pozbyć się nadmiaru tłuszczu. Położyłam na talerz. Zrobiłam to zdjęcie. Vse skupaj zblendaj in po potrebi dodaj vodo (jaz se izogibam oljčnemu olju, lahko pa ga malo dodaš). Nato na ogreti ponvi popraži izbrano zelenjavo, ki si jo narezal_a na majše kose. Jaz sem izbrala bok choy, travižanski radič, bučko in rumeno papriko. Dodaš lahko še malo česna, pa sol in poper po okusu.⠀ Ko je popraženo, položiš na mlado špinačo.⠀ 🥒🥬⠀ Polivko sem pripravila iz 1 čajne žličke tahinija, 1 jušne žlice prehranskega kvasa, soka 1 limone, po okusu sem dodala še sol in poper. Vse skupaj daš v blender in po potrebi dodajaš vodo. Ostanek polivke shraniš v hladilnik.⠀ 🍋⠀ Vse skupaj sem “začinila" še s kalčki, polsušenimi paradižniki, ki sem jih kupila v delikatesi Toskana na centralni tržnici (ali na koseški) in na ozke trakce narezano svežo rdečo redvico.⠀ 🍅⠀ Kaj praviš, bi to pasalo danes za malico ali kosilo? I would never do anything like this bcz as I trainer I promote training and healthy eating but when @kerrys_fitness_studio_ @kerrys_fitness_2 told me about it I thought I’d give it ago as I trust her 💯 and she’s been in the industry a lot longer then me and knows her stuff 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 I didn’t do this cleanse to loose weight I done it to see how I felt. Believe me the first 3 days without a latte was the hardest thing of my life haha but after that I feel great full of energy and my skin is amazing!!!!
