Post workout meal! @territoryfoods Vegan Tofu & Forbidden Rice Bowl put over organic spring mix/spinach and serrano peppers. It comes with a cashew ginger sauce but I opted for one of my absolute favorite low-cal dressings. It’s so simple just 3 ingredients and it’s AMAZING. Only 20 calories total! Seems to good to be true huh? Well it isn’t! It’s soy sauce, rice vinegar, and 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil. That’s it! The 20 calories are from the sesame oil and the rest is calorie free no matter how much you use. Boom. Changed your salad life forever 🔮

有無人同小編一樣好鐘意食咖喱? 今日就同大家一齊整「薯仔咖喱雞」🐔 。 材料 Just Meat 自由放養雞柳一份 薯仔 3個 洋葱 4片 青紅椒 各4片 蒜茸 1湯匙 調味料 醃雞: 鹽 半湯匙,糖 半湯匙,紹酒 1湯匙,生粉 半湯匙 咖喱:咖喱醬 3湯匙,牛油 2湯匙,上湯 2湯勺,糖 大半湯匙,椰漿 4湯匙,辣椒油 少許 製法 1.把薯仔切件,放在滾油中炸約三分鐘,撈起。 2.將雞柳切件,加醃料撈勻,放進滾油內泡約一分鐘至七成熟。 3.下牛油、蒜茸、洋葱、青紅椒,爆香咖喱醬。 4.下雞肉和薯仔同炒,加入上湯及糖,以慢火炆二十至二十五分鐘。 5.倒入椰漿、少許熟油略煮一分鐘便成。上碟時可加適量辣椒油。

Whole 30. Day 16. The grossest looking thing I’ve ever eaten? Probably not. The most inventive? Maybe. You guys, two words: turkey. tortilla. I know, it sounds odd...BUT it is weirdly stable.
