Feliz día del cocinero👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 . hoy es el día del cocinero y con este almuerzo envió un saludo a todos aquellos que han elegido esta hermosa profesión y que nos inspiran con recetas #sanamente deliciosas🤩 . . Arepita de batata y quinua Acompañada de puré de aguacate, espinaca baby, rodajas de rábano y pepino europeo, pollo desmechado salteado con cebolla y ajo y unos palitos de zanahoria pasados por agua caliente por 5' luego en agua fria con hielo por otros 3' , los escurro y agrego limón, sal.y pimienta😉 .. . . Para la arepa Ralle batata(pero esta es una especie de batata diferente, blanca por dentro, morada por fuera y es muy dura parece yuca, así que me tocó inventar algo en que usarla🤔)salió 1 tz de batata 3 cdas de quinua cocida Especias al gusto, use orégano, pimienta, sal, cúrcuma y mostaza en polvo . Lleve la batata al procesador por un par de minuto, luego agregue la quinua y continue proc3sando por 2' mas, lleve la mezcla a un tazón y le agregue la linaza y especias, integre todo y lleve la mitad de la mezcla a mi molde para hacer arepas y le dí la.forma y así con.la otra mitad, luego las lleve a una bandeja para horno y hornee por 5' a 220@° C y luego otros 5' ,esto es para darles mas consistencia ya que se elimina un poco la humedad, luego se llevan al sartén o parrilla para dorar y quedan listas😍😋 . . . It’s takeout night here in our house! I ordered tofu red curry with extra veggies and brown rice. Oh yum!! Curry, besides being delicious, is a powerhouse in its own right. It is a cancer fighter, helps with pain and inflammation, can improve bone health, and can help protect your heart, to name a few. latest evening YUM includes this protein cake in a mug with NO GUILT. seriously no guilt. no flour. no sugar. nothing to feel bad about. the whole thing (not including toppings is less than 200 calories!! AND HIGH PROTEIN) here ya go... •1-2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I used 2 scoops soy chocolate protein=130 calories) •1 egg white •2 tbsp organic pumpkin purée (no it won’t taste like pumpkin- just gives a gooey texture) •splash of unsweetened almond milk •dash baking powder •dash organic cinnamon (I put cinnamon in everything lol!) my toppings on this one= PB2 & dark chocolate chips 👅 this was 19g protein & 185 calories...calorie and protein content will depend on protein powder used (ps- topping calories not included!!)

Vegan CARROT CAKE with lemon vanilla frosting🥕🍋 One of the best ways to get your veggies in 😉🥕 Another incredible creation by the stunning @biancazapatka 🧡 Ingredients ~ For the dough: • 125 g (vegan) butter room temperature (or coconut oil) • 100 g sugar or maple syrup • 1 pinch of salt • 1 pinch of ground vanilla • 2 (flax) eggs • 250 g of carrots • ½ tsp cinnamon • 100 g of almonds ground • 125 g of flour • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar • 1,5 tsp of baking powder • 1/2 tsp of baking soda For the cream: • 200 g (vegan) cream cheese f. ex. 'Tofutti' • 80 g of icing sugar • 1 splash of lemon juice • 1 dash of ground vanilla For the decoration: • Marzipan carrots • Pistachios chopped Method ~ 1 Grease a 20 cm round baking form with butter or oil. 2 Preheat the oven to 180°C top and bottom heat. 3 For the dough, peel the carrots and finely grate them. 4 Beat the soft butter with sugar, salt and vanilla until creamy in a mixing bowl. 5 Then stir in the (flax) eggs. 6 Add the grated carrots and stir briefly. 7 Then sieve in flour, cinnamon and baking powder. 8 Also add the almonds, vinegar and baking soda and stir everything briefly until well combined. 9 Pour the dough into the greased baking form, smooth it out a little and bake on a medium rack for 35 - 40 minutes. (Please don‘t forget to test with a chopstick!) 10 Afterwards, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool on a cooling rack for 10 min. Then remove the cake from the baking form and let it cool down. 11 Once the cake has cooled completely, whisk all the ingredients for the cream cheese cream with a hand mixer and smooth the cream with a spatula or spoon on the cake. 12 Finally, decorate with the marzipan carrots and the pistachios as desired. 13 Store the cake in the fridge until serving. (The carrot cake stays nice and moist for about 3 to 4 days.) 🙃Enjoy🙂

Libro 2018, Capítulo 10, Página 20 💪❤💪❤💪❤💪❤💪❤💪❤💪❤💪 No puedo escribir un capítulo nuevo en mi vida,si no dejo de leer el anterior😢 La vida es un constante reto, vivela, siente, ama, ríe, gana, pierde, tropieza,pero siempre levántate y sigue💪 Mi felicidad solo depende de mí, soy muy consciente. 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙 Llevo unos días asumiendo los cambios nuevos, e intentando hacer marcha de nuevo. Llevo cinco meses como una montaña rusa, una vida de altibajos, y ya es hora de cambiar el chip. Siempre he dicho que las cosas que me hacen feliz, se convierten en una droga para mi, nunca niego la verdad,soy sincera,cristalina y mi cara siempre me delata😅Mi moño, era esa droga que hacía que brillar,y al perderlo😢 mi luz también se fue,pero tengo que ser fuerte,pero me está costando.Arranco en este punto, nada que ver con la de hace unos meses, tanto física como mentalmente. Mi tristeza se nota, y las analíticas lo han reflejado. Todo depende de mí, para volver a estar al 100% ,para que todo mi cuerpo funcione bien,y no me vuelva a pasar ninguna jugada. Meses con un cambio de vida total,y ya es hora de pensar en mí, de dejar todo lo que me está apagando a un lado y centrarme de nuevo en cuidarme más,mejor y buscando esas cosas que me activan las endorfinas para volver a brillar. Ayer y hoy,he vuelto a los hierros, muy oxidada, mi punto debil las piernas😢peso lo mismo,pero la composición es súper diferente,no me voy a extresar por ello, se las causas, y se puede mejorar con el tiempo, la cuestión es ganar calidad de vida,y a por ello voy. Musica en mis oídos y entrenamiento finiquitado.Mucho tiempo privada de entrenar,mi día a día se convirtió en un área de confort, así que vuelvo a salir de la cueva, es hora de volver a sonreír😊Estar una bien y sentirse agusto consigo misma es lo principal.
