I believe hydration matters, as we are 99% made of water molecules. 2% dehydration leads to loss of cognitive function. Hydration starts by getting the right water: structured water, necessary for optimal health. (see the last posts). Ordinary water is the raw material of structured water. Invest in a good filter, so that your tap water is as “organic” as possible. Then, you need light (infrared is best) to transform “raw” water into liquid crystal water inside your body (see the last post): expose yourself to the sun or go regularly to an infrared sauna. [ ] Walk barefoot on the earth. The earth is negatively charged and will help maintain the negative charge of your structured water (see the last post). Or hug a tree. [ ] Water in nature is at its full potential and density at 4 degrees celcius. Above 9 degrees, water starts to lose its life giving potency according to Viktor Schauberger (1885-1958), the Nicolas Tesla of water. Cold therapy and adepts of Wim Hof may find a supportive argument here. [ ] If you do not like drinking water, eat it! Green vegetables and fruits are naturally full of structured water. All plants which release a gel-like substance like Aloe, chia seeds, lychees, prickly pears have a very high content of EZ water. For recipes and hydration plans, I suggest the book “Quench” (by Dana Cohen and Gina Bria). [ ] Finally movement is essential for the water, to renew itself and transform. According to V.Schauberger, it is important to generate a longitudinal vortex. “Water has certain patterns of motion and energies. And its energies are derived from this motion. And unless it is able to move in the way that generates its energies, then it becomes sluggish and slack.” (Callum Coats). I suggest yoga, dancing, gyrotonics, gyrokinesis, ido portal type of movements, functional movements. Those practices have lots of rotatory motions, and will help water to move inside your body the way it is naturally flowing in nature. [ ] If you can, invest in Grander Water or vortex technology inspired by V. Schauberger.

Happy Weekend sweet friends! What do you all have going on this holiday weekend? My sis is visiting from Cali and our goal is to eat all the things. And then be in bodies of water as much as possible. Two very solid priorities. Have plans to squeeze in one last beach 🏖 trip before we say goodbye to summer? Make sure you pack snacks and water💦! • Sometimes I forget to eat and drink unless I bring snacks bc I’m lazy to leave my towel and then I end up being hangry and dehydrated with a massive headache from baking in the sun. Hydration is key! • Bring a variety of veggies and fruit so you can eat your water. Grape tomatoes, cucumber slices, watermelon - all are at least 90% water. Add in a mix of protein and carbs too like roasted chickpeas and crackers, mixed nuts, popcorn, and tortilla chips with hummus so you can stay fueled for the day. And also donuts for good measure 😊👌🍩.

B R E A K F A S T ➡️ GF waffle with fruit and @eat_water chocolate sauce. I was so excited to have chocolate sauce for breakfast! That excitement was short lived though. It smells like chocolate and does have a chocolate taste but there was something overly sweet about it. In a small quantity like I had it's really nice though! Great if you want a hint of chocolate. It is gluten free, fat free and sugar free and I can actually read the ingredients! Always a big bonus for me, I hate not knowing what's in things. I have some other products to try still which I will use over the weekend.... Don't forget, my positivity challenge is now up! Join in for September, no prizes it is just a bit of fun.

Para mí dormir bien es indispensable, si no duermo mis horas, no funciono correctamente. Chicken Korma with #slimrice from @eat_water. . I am not 100% on the slim rice, it has a texture similar to pasta or noodles. However, it is zero carbs 😱, which is a major plus point ✅. . The Korma sauce is from @marksandspencer. Unlike most supermarket sauces, is not very sweet and has 7.3g of carbs per 100g.
