New podcast episode on the process of incarnation 🌎 As a soul essence, when you came into this existence, you chose as a soul essence to experience an experience of existence in a certain form, in a certain manner. Often times, the majority of individuals look to experience an experience of existence that in broad terms can be described as loving themselves. This is in broad terms. The specifics of that are the choices that are made once you incarnate. Most of you would ask, why would I choose this mother and father? Or, why would my mother and father choose me? And the answer is because your parents provide you with an opportunity to explore an element of self love through their own filters. It is like choosing the filter that you will place before your eyes so that what you see will automatically be filtered. And then, dear friends, you will have the opportunity to attempt to remove the filter to see with clarity. The key here is to recognize that there are a number of filters, each filter wisely chosen by yourselves, to obfuscate your experience sufficiently to move you to choose.

Observe yourself. Not from the perspective of judgment, not from the perspective of right or wrong, good or bad, better or worse, but rather from the perspective of what is. Begin to observe yourself – observe your thoughts, observe your actions, observe your feelings, observe your emotional state, your mental state, your physical state, as well as your spiritual state. Observe how you interact with others. Observe how you move through daily life. How do you move through the jungle of humanity? How do you move through the living, the aspect of 3rd dimensional reality you call Earth? How do you relate? How do you interact? And in the observation, dear friends, you begin to discover or begin to paint a picture that is more accurate of that which you are.

SOOTHE weak itchy irritated skin with or without rashes with this sweet + simple remedy — // Combine in a spray bottle: • 2 ounces rose water • 30 drops vegetable glycerin • 1/2 ounce 10% solution of calcium magnesium (mix 1 part cal-mag powder in 10 parts water and use 1/2 ounce of this for your mixture) // To use: If there is any irritation, rashes, heat rash, eczema, etc, of the skin: rub olive oil on the irritated area, soak in a bath that has had 1/2 cup of epsom salt added to it, after getting out of the bath and drying off shake the above rose water solution well & spray onto all irritated areas then gently rub in // This will reduce any itchiness and irritation and keep down any disturbances from heat. I knew I needed to "practice what I was preaching" but I was finding it so damn hard to meditate by myself, without having to stop after a few short minutes every time. It wasn't doing me any good as I was hoping it would help decrease my stress levels and ADHD but I just couldn't sit long enough, hence why most people just don't do it. Since we've opened ZENDEN, Andrew and I have been regularly attending the classes. I've discovered I'm now reaping the benefits of meditation!! I have finally found the solution. Group classes are the answer! Andrew and I both have ADHD tendencies so meditating alone is extremely difficult for us (and it's been proven that a regular meditation practice helps people who suffer from ADHD). For those of you who are finding it to be a challenge, I recommend you try out our classes. I'm noticing myself getting deeper every class, starting to leave my mind, my body and just be in complete stillness and in the present moment. I'm sleeping better, even remembering every single dream I'm having which is crazy! My stress is non existent even when I still feel overwhelmed by the work load, I approach it completely differently now. The most important thing Ive gained from a regular meditation practice is that I'm the most happiest I've ever been and it's helped me to gain a more compassionate, mindful and caring heart than I've ever had. I feel I live in complete bliss now and I couldn't be more grateful for ZENDEN.
