New Meal Prep Idea for You? 🥗🥒⁣ {And an Easy way to get those Greens} ⁣ ⁣ ONE PAN ITALIAN CHICKEN SKILLET ⁣ • Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces⁣ • 2 TBSP extra virgin olive oil⁣ • 4 cloves garlic⁣ • 8oz mushrooms⁣ • 2 Red Bell Peppers⁣ • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut in half⁣ • 1 Zucchini sliced⁣ • 1 TBSP Italian seasoning⁣ • 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar ⁣ • Salt and Pepper⁣ ➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖➖⁣ 1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat, add mushrooms and garlic. Sauté 5 min.⁣ 2. Add chicken, Cook till browned.⁣ 3. Season w/ balsamic vinegar, italian seasoning, and salt and pepper.⁣ 4.
