🎶I came in like a wreeeecking balllllll...🎶 Alright so serious time. I’ve been struggling hard with my physical fitness and body image lately. Trying to balance full time shift work with a busier than normal personal life has lead to poor sleep, a crappy diet, and less time at the gym than I care to admit. And it sucks. Looking in the mirror and not liking what’s looking back isn’t a very nice feeling, so sometimes it’s important to remind yourself that exercise is SUPPOSED to be fun, not a punishment. Even if it means dressing up in a dinosaur onesie for your afternoon silks class.
