Be curious and consider taking a path that is unfamiliar to you with respect to investing in your health. When it comes to exercise and moving your body it is very easy to always do what you've always done. This of course is better than doing nothing to improve your strength, balance. fitness and flexibility. However, are you always working on ALL these areas? Do you avoid stretches because your body is so tight or because you don't see the point? Have you accepted that poorer balance is just part of getting on a bit? Are you unsure what exercises you need to do to strengthen your body safely but effectively? Are you actually as fit as you THINK or WANT to be? If you any of these questions relate to you and you would like advice on which path to take to start you off, ask away either in the comments or by DM. Not using my travel as an excuse to skip workouts 💪🏼 - The majority of hotels have some sort of fitness center & the best part of that is that NO one uses them! What better reason to workout on vacay than having a whole gym to yourself?! - My eating hasn’t been 100% on point, but I’ve definitely kept a routine as much as I can & I’m pretty proud of that💪🏼 - Grow biceps, grow!!!
