Transformations come in so many different sizes. A little over a year ago I stumbled into this “coaching” thing. I didn’t know what I was I was doing, I’m not a health “expert” and I’m not a certified nutritionist. So what qualified me to help others? __________ ✨I am a mom that wanted to bring healthy back to my family. I wanted to get stronger to carry my newborn baby and play with my boys. I didn’t want to get winded playing at the park or jogging outside. I wanted to learn how to fuel my body with food and exercise and not red bulls and chocolate. I also wanted to set an example for my children. __________ So I jumped in and just started I vowed to do my best, learn as much as I can and forget the rest. I know I am qualified to help others like me because I’ve been there, I have the real life experience! There may be people who are more knowledgeable, fitter, more organized, etc. But there always will be those people. I know if you wanted to jump in too you could! __________ Over the last year I’ve grown as a person. I’ve learned more about my strengths and weaknesses and I am able to provide knowledge and wisdom in areas I once was ignorant in. My children see me as a fitness mom and my 1 yr old loves to workout with me ❤️. My teenage son has learned how to make healthier choices by my examples and our family runs just a bit smoother! ✨I always structure my interval classes into 30 second blocks of activity - it's an ACHIEVABLE timeframe and it is easy to "see the light at the end of the tunnel" when you know you don't have much longer until your rest period. In 30 seconds you can choose to go all out or slow things down, and you will feel accomplished whether you complete five or 15 reps of a movement 💪🏼A realistic way to begin exercising is to just set a timer and move 🏋🏻‍♀️🏃🏽‍♀️However much you do in a given timeframe is your starting point, and you can work up from there. Oops pulled my lower back this morning just bending down to pick up a warm up bar and jerking back up too quickly would you believe?! 😣Of course things like that can happen to us at any time and it's so frustrating because, as anyone that's ever done it knows, it hurts like hell and can really put you out for a good few weeks.
