DAY 2 OF HIGH FREQUENCY GLUTE PROGRAM Gym time: 1:03 (Day 471 of fit plan) . . You know what though? I think I'm going to keep my calories low at the moment do to the upcoming holiday and birthdays. 🤔 Probably not the BEST of times to start my program, but I couldn't wait. 😂 . . Hold up, waitttttt. Swipe ⏮ - The single arm landmine press is one of my go to pressing lifts for shoulder and chest work. It’s easy on the shoulders and there are many different ways to do it depending on the person and the goal. You’re also on your feet. And thats most athletic so I’m about it. I also consider it to be a heavy core stability exercise if done correctly. ☝🏼 I like to use this loading technique towards the end on my last 1-2 sets. I do not suggest doing this every time, as over-training could be a result. 😫 1-Use two hands to press the weight up. 2-Slowly lower the weight with one arm. 3-Finish with both arms until you can’t do another rep with proper technique.🤓 ***this should not be used if you’re training for power or speed. Ps. Not sure why this put a HEAVY filter on the video...it’s not that deep

It truly AMAZES me to look back at when I started my journey and SEE the changes that have happened! When I started in mid-January 2015 I was very unhealthy! Even though I was a personal trainer, ran 10+ miles a day, ate what I "thought" was clean & lived this "happy" life, I was a wreck! I had suffered for YEARS with terrible stomach & digestion issues. I had gone from candida yeast to gastritis, leaky gut to intestinal parasites (yuck!) to adrenal fatigue to cellular imbalances to MANY nutritional deficiencies and all of this lead to my kidney's and liver being bogged down & not functioning like they should. So you can see in this first pic I was so puffy! I was so miserable, exhausted, bloated and my stomach hurt ALL THE TIME, no matter what I ate. I remember days getting so angry because I was working out SO HARD yet still felt like crap that I would just eat crap...I figured, WHY NOT? I had tried everything, holistic doctors, more supplements than I knew what to do with, I spent SO MUCH MONEY! So what changed? I had followed my coach for a few months and was so drawn to and inspired every day by her upbeat posts, smile and positive energy. Deep down I wanted that so badly! I finally decided what did I have to lose? So I ordered a bag of this "superfoods" she spoke of and an at-home workout program (ha, surely THAT wouldn't work!) Much to my surprise, IT DID! Flash forward to now: I am SO MUCH HEALTHIER, Happier & positive! My life has changed more than it has remained the same and that's a good thing! I no longer take ANY suppelmements, just drink my shake daily, eat clean 80% of the time (now that I really know what that means.) I don't have to restrict my calories and I'm never hungry! Before I had days I would all but starve myself just hoping that will kick-start something! I also now to get be support and encouraged DAILY by my team, my challengers and my coach! I am surrounded by positive, like-minded women whose sole purpose is to share with and help others. What if my coach had been to afraid to share her journey? What if I had never taken this chance? I can't even imagine where I would be.... Is my life perfect? NO, of course not! But b

This am’s workout had me like 👀! 🖤rate⬆️ & checked my ego at the 🚪! Every once in a while I like to evaluate individual #strength on each leg. After any #surgery the effected part of the body needs to be rehabbed properly & it’s never a bad idea to see where you are.
