Hope everyone is having an amazing #tuesday at the #gym today! I had an amazing time killing it and really pushing my #pullups and trying to #strengthen my #back and #arms with the #singlearmrow. Despite the fact that today was another @liveleantv #workout, one of the #exercises, the #handstands I can't do due to my shoulder issue, so I replaced that #exercises with a #superset of pull-ups and these #rows. Besides that, I got to meet and interact with @parveenareena, another amazing woman who is going through her own #journey with #multiplesclerosis and it was so good to be able to speak with her, exchange information and help her with movement exercises I used to help me through my issues with the disease. She is a true warrior, #msstrong and a #fitnessbeast through and through. . El estudio expone a 2 grupos que realizan los mismos ejercicios y la misma cantidad de series totales pero con diferente frecuencia. 1 grupo entrena 5 veces a la semana (alta frecuencia) realizando 3 a 4 series por ejercicio y otro solo 1 vez por semana(baja frecuencia) realizando 1 o 2 series por ejercicio. Ambos obtuvieron la misma ganancia muscular pero lo interesante está en que el grupo con alta frecuencia presento menor dolor muscular (y un poco más de volumen total por no entrenar con tanta fatiga), es decir, que entrenar con alta frecuencia permitiria entrenar con un mayor volumen semanal. Es decir, si tu objetivo es obtener mayores ganancias debes aumentar el volumen de entrenamiento (series X repeticiones X peso) y la mejor manera de realizarlo es aumentando la frecuencia de entrenamiento (mas sesiones por semana) original de: @chrisabeardsley #muscle #science #squat #chest #ciencia #musclegrowth #trained #workout #exercises #strength
