ORGANISED - I am the type of person who thrives on routine, I hate being late (just ask my husband), I like to have my day planned and myself organised for what's ahead. All that changes when you have children though, routine becomes no more you move to the beat of a different drum, their drum. They dictate your plan for the day, what time bedtime is and how late you are going to be. I manage to squee two days of 'routine' in to my week, so tomorrow I'm off to work, to thrive on my schedule, to appreciate the time I spend with my children all the more. - You will fail. There will be weeks when you fail to lose weight. There will be weeks when you fail to get your 3 sessions in. - There will be days when you fail to go to the gym. With failure, we know where to improve. - You need to become comfortable will failure. You need to understand that it is part of the process.
