Fat loss how much how fast, well great question! In terms of creating sustainable fat loss a recommendation would be 0.5 - 1 kilo per week, as the reason for this is because it creates a sustainable long term solution to your fat loss. Doing it this way you don't do what's called Crash dieting where you put on the weight just as fast as you take it off if not faster plus some more and you don't end up being a cranky starved depleted human. Creating a long-term sustainable approach where you're in a calorie deficit by 10 to 15% will allow you to still be able to consume of a substantial amount food while still being able to enjoy life and get maximum results. Now in terms of time depending on how much weight or body fat you need to lose will depend on how much time you need to allocate it also depends on how much time you can actually commit to exercising each week to create the the calorie deficit. In order to lose 1 kg of body fat in 1 week you need to be over the week in a deficit of 7000 calories. So to be able to do that obviously you need to be in quite a substantial amount of a deficit so if you reduce that to say 0.5kg target, you only then need to be in a deficit over the week span of 3500 calories. Who think that's going to be a better solution? ______________ Here is my transformation over 26 weeks. This is 600g each week of fatloss. Progression and realistic time frames.

‼️READ CAPTION‼️’ Since I’ve been posting these kind of pictures there was one thing that stood out and that’s the fact many women let cellulite define how fit (or not fit) they are..🤷🏼‍♀️ I know I also did. We tell ourselves we don’t exercise enough or eat healthy enough and look less lean and are less worthy because of the cellulite. We tell ourselves we can’t be “fit” because of the cellulite.😢 I work out a few years now, I train about 4 times a week and eat nutritious foods as much as I can, and I still have got cellulite (lipedema)! So let me tell you this ☝🏼” • First of all you’re definitely 100% not less worthy or beautiful when you’ve cellulite! You can reduce cellulite by exercising and eating the right foods, but there’s a big change it never really goes away🙋🏼‍♀️ And that’s more than okay! Your mom usually tells you things others can’t...like “that outfit doesn’t show off your figure”(aka makes your butt look big) or “you probably need to apologize to your friend because you were in the wrong”. • They have loved us at our worst and at our best. • When our mom talks, we listen (even if we may have accidentally inserted one too many eye rolls). • I know my mom has my best interest in mind and is my biggest cheerleader. • She’s watched my struggle with wanting to break the cycle of obesity. • She remembers the girl in this before photo who was so uncomfortable in her skin as a new mom with “baby weight” that she’d been carrying around for a year and a half post birth. • So, it really was nice when I received this text from her today: “Going through your pics on FB. You look so great!
