Galaretka jogurtowo miodowo malinowa🥰 U mnie oczywiście do porannej kawy☕ 🍯 300ml jogurtu greckiego 🍯 1,5 łyżki miodu z malinami od @pasieki_sadowskich 🍯 kilka łyżek przetartego musu z malin (maliny przesmażamy w rondelku, odparowujemy sok, następnie blendujemy i przecieramy przez sito) 🍯 3 łyżeczki żelatyny Żelatynę rozpuścić w 1/4 szklanki wrzątku. Ostudzić. Następnie jogurt zblendować z musem i miodem na jednolitą masę pod sam koniec dodając rozrobioną żelatynę. Rozlać do szklaneczek. Schłodzić w lodówce. Just LOVE YOURSELF 🧡 Many people judge the fact that I’m anti diet and a Beachbody coach...🤯⁣ ⁣ I mean I get it when you see the words next to each other, but let me tell ya a lil something.⁣. This is how I have found all the ways to truly love me, honor my mental health, and FEEL GOOD! ⁣ Practicing anti-dieting is not equivalent to just throwing away your health and giving up on it. It means that you embrace your body, stop believing you need to be a size-shape-or weight that society portrays as healthy, and instead you focus on being happy and free in your body. ⁣ ⁣ Like moving your body in ways you enjoy 💪🏻 (Thank you home workouts that give me so many options)⁣ ⁣ Like eating things that make my body FEEL good, sometimes that’s tacos and daily that’s my shakeology (which FYI is not a weight loss shake). ⁣ ⁣ Like practicing self love, gratitude, brain dumping and more so that I am focused on my mental health⁣ ⁣ Like surrounding myself with positive relationships and friendships that’s lift me up (thank you to my team hustle and inspire squad 👯‍♀️)⁣ ⁣ So before you judge the concept by just seeing the words next to each other know that they truly can coincide ❤️⁣ ⁣

Went on a frozen custard date in the middle of the day with a friend today and it was amazeeeee🍦 - I had breakfast, lunch, and I’m still planning on eating dinner when I get home from the gym. Just because you “treat” yourself doesn’t mean you should restrict yourself at another point in the day. Your body still needs fuel. — I didn’t know if I wanted to go to the gym today but after our frozen custard date I was feeling energized so I ended up going and I HIT ANOTHER 8 REP DEADLIFT PR!!!! 💪🏽 205lbs for 8 today🤘🏽 — Let’s allow our food to feel ENERGIZED and FUELED instead of going to the gym to “work it off” 😊 — 📸: @meagan.poe

I’m so looking forward to the next few months with all the wonderful holidays, adventures on the calendar, and the weather change. I used to dread this time of year. All the extra days with non stop cooking, prepping for family to come into town. Overstuffing myself at Thanksgiving because who doesn’t love extra gravy on the entire plate?! Not to mention Holiday candies are the worst. I’m a sucker for my MIL’s almond roca. However, this past year I’ve really worked on controlling my nutrition. Yes we have date night and birthday parties with sweets and tasty drinks, but I’m in control of my consumption. Yes, I will have gravy on my turkey and potatoes at thanksgiving, but I will skip the rolls and I will limit myself to one plate. Yes, I will have some candy at Halloween and Christmas, but only one to flavor and not to gorge until I’m sick!! I know I’m not the only one that struggled through the holidays! Did you know on average people gain 5-10lbs in the last three months of the year? I have the tools to go into the next year already on track instead of making a weight loss New Years resolution. Happy Wednesday everyone! So I made another fun pumpkin recipe this week... Salted Carmel Pumpkin Cups! They are basically the same as my truffle recipe haha. Totally paleo, vegan and keto friendly ☺ They are pretty easy to make too! Here's what you need 👉 1 Cup chocolate chips(I used @lilys_sweets stevia sweetened chocolate chips), 6 tbsp coconut butter, 1 cup creamy almond butter, 2 tbsp tapioca flour, 1 cup almond flour, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup maple syrup(can omit for keto), 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt, 1 tsp vanilla, and 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice. . Directions: Blend all the ingredient except for the chocolate chips and coconut butter. Blend until smooth and set aside for filling. Then in a small sauce pan over low heat melt the chocolate chips and coconut butter until smooth. Then set up 12 muffin cups on a tray and pour a layer of chocolate then put in the freezer for a few minutes. Then when the chocolate is solid spoon in a layer of the salted carmel pumpkin filling and then pour the top layer of chocolate and put in the fridge or freezer. I do NOT diet! ⁣ ⁣ I repeat I do NOT diet! I eat for a healthy lifestyle. ⁣ ⁣ To say “diet” intends that there is an end in sight. And what typically happens with that? You eat an entire 12 pack of those cupcakes when your diet has ended. ⁣ ⁣ A lifestyle is just that; a way you live your life. ⁣ Butternut squash green chili Mac ✨⁣ ⁣ Comin at you on this fine Wednesday afternoon to share this super easy and nutritious mac and cheese bowl made with squash and green chili chicken 😦 It’s a recipe on repeat at my house currently, and I’m sure it’ll be on yours too 😏 As always recipe is below, cheers! ✨⁣ ⁣ 1 butternut squash, peeled and diced ⁣ Chicken breast, shredded⁣ 1/2 lb pasta⁣ 2 tbsp reserved pasta water⁣ 2 tbsp butter⁣ 1/2 cup broth⁣ 1/2 cup cheddar, shredded⁣ 1 can diced chiles⁣ 1 fresh jalapeño, diced (optional)⁣ 1 tsp onion powder⁣ 1/2 tsp garlic powder⁣ 1/4 tsp pepper⁣ Salt⁣ 1/4 tsp paprika⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Drizzle the squash with olive oil, salt and pepper then roast at 400 for 10-15 minutes or until tender.⁣ ⁣ Cook pasta. Save 2 tbsp of the pasta water before draining.⁣ ⁣ Combine the squash, pasta water, broth, and spices in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the sauce to the noodles and add the butter. Add the chiles, jalapeños, cheddar, and chicken. ⁣ ⁣ Top with panko and bake at 425 until heated through. ⁣

Stuffed Pumpkins! Oh my goodness, these were so delicious and not nearly as challenging to make as I had anticipated. 😂 I stuffed mine with a beef/rice mixture, consisting of onion, garlic, red bell pepper, zucchini, egg, parmesan, salt, parsley and thyme. The pumpkin just absorbed these flavors as it baked and turned into such a savory meal! Easy to make and delicious beetroot soup perfect for your Halloween dinner! 🕸 INGREDIENTS 🍵 · 5/6 beets peeled and quartered (depending on size) · 2 apples peeled, seeded and cut in quarters · 2 tablespoons of coconut oil (or butter) · 1L of vegetable broth · 250ml of coconut milk · A piece of chopped ginger · A clove of garlic · A teaspoon of turmeric · Salt and pepper to taste PREPARATION 👩🏼‍🍳 1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. 2. On a parchment paper-lined plate, place the beet wedges, salt, pepper and add a drizzle of vegetable oil. Cook for about 20 minutes or until the beets are tender. * You can also cook them in water for 20-30 min, in this case do not peel them before. 3.
