After making more healthy choices than not the last week I am feeling much leaner again. . I suffer a lot with bloating. Like bad. Most nights I look 6 months pregnant. Not pleasant. . Eating healthy does help but it never really goes away thanks to my IBS. It's just part of me now so I cope. . I already know what giving up feels like. I want to see what happens when I don’t! Why do we give up so easily?? It could be a multitude of things but the number one reason I hear consistently is, I didn't see the results I wanted fast enough. My responses, Why do you think you weren't seeing the results and what timeline did you give yourself?? The response usually consists of, well I saw some but I wanted to lose 20 lbs and it was moving too slow so I stopped. Or I hear I only lost 3lbs in 3 weeks, whats the point? Or I can't cut carbs so I quit! (AKA YOU DON'T NEED TO CUT CARBS!) Or my favorite is, I've been working out 5 days a week and eating clean and still haven't seen anything change. HMMM.... Something is missing here. The reason the last one I listed is my favorite because usually the missing piece to working out + eating clean equation is the accountability piece. Most who struggle to see results do not have a support system or someone doing it along with them. THE POINT IS: Your body is so complex, your mind is even more complex, if you expect to see major changes in a short amount of time, then I am sorry to break it to you, the only way to make that happen is by doing something VERY unhealthy! AKA A QUICK FIX (which only last as long as the quick fix) BE PATIENT and say YES everyday to the opportunity God gives you to make healthy food choices, workout, and be apart of an uplifting community! Comment below or message me if you want to try again BUT this TIME I WON'T LET YOU QUIT!

‼️UH OH I SAW THAT BODY ON IG AND I WANT IT BADLY‼️ - I mean, it’s insta. Everyone is perfect. Perfect angles, perfect legs, perfect tummy, perfect tan, perfect make-up and defined muscles. 💁🏽 - You see a random insta girl with a random insta ‘perfect’ body. And you suddenly decide to take training REALLY SERIOUSLY. I’LL START ON MONDAY, YEAH. This time is THE time. YOU KNOW, I’VE READ THAT QUOTE THAT SAYS THAT IN 4 WEEKS I’LL NOTICE IT AND IN 8 WEEK EVERYONE WILL. 😤 - Ok, it’s nice to stay motivated. In fact, is the most important thing when it comes to fitness. The wrong thing is the ‘main goal’: looking like someone else. 🙅🏽 - Unless that IG model is your twin sister, you won’t get that body at all. Every body is different and every body reacts in a different way to a same stimulus. - Getting frustrated because of not seeing results, and intoxicating your mind with negative thoughts won’t help your progress at all. - FITNESS IS NOT A WAY OF PUNISHMENT. Fitness is about balance. About finding the best you. About sweating, and getting a delt pump, or lifting that deadlift you thought you wouldn’t be able to... and why not? Some bootay progress. 🍑

Feeling very strong tonight 💪🏼 hitting consistent 80-90kg on my sumo deadlift now with good form 😍 it’s come a long way even in the last three weeks since starting this programme! I’m into week 4 now and I’m still getting a huge amount out of every exercise 🙌🏻 hoping to increase my lift even more in the next few weeks 👀. I always feel self conscious getting someone to film me in the gym but it’s 100% worth doing as it’s helped me see what I need to do to make changes to form and also enables me to feel proud of myself that there is evidence that I picked up this bloody heavy bar 😂❤️.
