Heute habe ich für Euch eine fantastische Schlemmerrolle für die ganze Familie. Sie ist super einfach zubereitet und eine wahre Proteinbombe. Die Zutaten für den Teig sehen wie folgt aus: - 250g Magerquark - 2 Volleier + 1 Eiklar - optional: Gewürze Füllung nach Belieben oder wie im Video: - 400g fettreduziertes Rinderhackfleisch - Zwiebeln - Frischkäse light - Salat - Tomaten - Fetakäse light - Avocado Zunächst kümmern wir uns um den Teig - dazu vermischen wir den Magerquark und die Eier, bis wir einen semigen Teig erhalten. Dann nehmen wir ein Backblech mit Backpapier und verstreichen die Masse großzügig über dem gesamten Blech. Nun geht es für ca. 20 min in den Ofen bei 180° Ober- und Unterhitze. Zwischenzeitlich kümmern wir uns um die Füllung. Ich habe mich heute für eine Hackfleischfüllung entschieden und brate erst mal 400g mit 2 gehackten Zwiebeln an, bis das Fleisch gut durch ist. Wenn der Teig fertig gebacken ist, geht es nun ans Belegen. Zunächst verstreichen wir fettarmen Frischkäse auf dem gesamten Teig, selbstverständlich könnt Ihr auch eine fettarme Mayonnaise oder Kräuterquark verwenden. Dann kommt das Fleisch darüber, der Salat, die Tomaten, der Fetakäse und die Avocado. Um die Rolle einzurollen, schnappt Euch das Backpapier auf einer Seite und rollt den Teig behutsam ein - zwischendurch immer etwas festdrücken. Nun könnt Ihr die Rolle halbieren oder sogar in gleichmäßige Scheiben schneiden, ganz wie Ihr wollt. Tipp: ein frischer Salat als Beilage macht den Gaumenschmaus perfekt! Viel Spaß beim Ausprobieren und Geniessen! Ilk resimde elbise üzerime o kadar dardı ki düğün de sanki göğüs bölümüne yastık koymuşsun gibi duruyor diye dalga geçmişlerdi benimle . Dün giydiğim kıyafet yeni bir elbise değil. Bir kaç sene önce 10 kilo kadar verip 75 kilo civarındayken almıştım onu. Üzerime hafif dar geliyordu. Dün ise her yeri boldu. Dar gelmesi mi, bol durması mı derseniz bol durması dar olmasından iyidir her zaman . Kilolarla barışmak diye bir deyim var ya ben onaylamıyorum onu. Kilo sağlık değil, rahat hareket etme özgürlüğü değil, dilediğin gibi giyinmek hele hiç değil. Nasıl anoreksiya ile mücadele etmeliyiz diyorsam fazla kilolarla da mücadele etmeliyiz kızlar.
